I do not recommend living at the Domain unless you have endless money to throw away or just want to live in the Zionsville/​Carmel — As the other review stated, they will charge you several fees when you move out for normal wear and tear. After paying $ 1000+ per month for over a year, and the carpet not being new when we moved in, I think they can afford to replace it! Yes, we did have a mature dog living here but he NEVER had an accident on the floor. The blinds are cheap and break just trying to move them up and down. The Windows let in a draft and even a little wind causes a high pitch whistling. We were so relieved to move out and weren’t surprised when they invoiced us an additional $ 160 after eating our$ 250 security deposit and $ 300 non refundable pet deposit.

They are snakes and will try stealing your money at the end. just moved out and the apartment it was in great shape, till you walk out and get a bill from them. Their carpet is terrible and low quality. They took a bunch of pictures of the apartment. Saying that I stained the carpet that was actually cause by the furnace and the return air, not my fault. or just normal wear and tear on carpet. They said that they had the carpets clean up cant pull a invoice for it. Melissa is terrible, and rude and will steal your money.
