This place is a dump! Don’t stay here management is looking to get money how ever they can, I’m being charged for leaving my room dirty and smokey both of witch is a damn lie, to think I paid over 300 $ for a crappy dirty room and now their trying to say I’m the one who made it that way, these hotels have no coffee maker, or any other basics that other one and two star hotels have, they don’t wash their own towels you have to pay for that, they only come once a week to clean and they don’t clean anything they just poke around your room to see what you have, my toilet over flowed and pored out all over my whole room, rather then moving me I had to sleep in a wet room with my 3 year old, the window doesn’t open, no light over the stove a hole in my door the paint is chipping off the dresser the fridge is dented the floors made my feet black after walking on them, the people here are crazy, always looking for a fight. This place sucks and paying as much as I am for this shit hole and being told I need to pay more isn’t happening, I’ll be fighting the charges, don’t stay here so it won’t happen to you too!

I will not be comparing InTown with Residence Inn, Homewood Suites, or ExtendedStay. InTown is a budget-friendly option that is more like a «rental room» than a hotel. With that being said, InTown on 86th street in Indianapolis provides great value! The room we stayed in was very simple and small. There was no closet, but there was a chest of drawers and a rack for hanging clothes. The bathroom was efficient. There were few amenities provided — one roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap — no shampoo or lotions. Two towels and two wash cloths were also in the room. To stay at this hotel, you must book for at least a week and then you may add on however long you want after the week. We stayed for 22 days. There is weekly«maid service» provided, but be advised that they do not wash your towels or sheets — they just vacuum and take out the trash. InTown was surprisingly quiet even though most nights the parking lot was full. The one thing that bothered me a little bit was the smell in the hallway. A lot of guests cook in their rooms and the smell of leftovers and TV dinners permeates the air in the hallways. But our room always smelled fine. The a/c runs well — we ran it almost constantly to keep the room fresh. The laundromat was conveniently located inside the building and seemed to be well kept up. There was a small microwave and a two burner stovetop in the room, as well as a full-size refrigerator/freezer. There was a flat screen TV in the room, and it was decent quality and a good size for the room. InTown is located next to EVERYTHING — tons of restaurants and shops and a movie theater are all within easy walking distance. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again if I needed a place for a few weeks. You just can’t beat the price! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the manager at check-in let us go look at the room before we committed to a week and paid. Like I said earlier, InTown Suites is NOT a hotel. It is NOT fancy or luxurious — it is clean and simple. As long as you don’t expect free breakfasts and daily towel changes, this place is great!

This Intown Suites is wonderfully located near most of the shopping you could ever need, places to eat the drink, and public transportation if your car breaks down. Unfortunately, management and housekeeping were completely sub par. Noise and illegal activity complaints went unheeded by the general manager and courtesy officers until one of the city’s bigger law firms got involved. With the exception of one friendly young woman displaying follow-through, the housekeepers were unpleasant, intrusive, and failed to clean properly. After a flood, it took four requests to get the kitchen and bathroom floors mopped! There are other extended-stay places in the same great area. If you can afford to stay somewhere better, you should.
