Great longstanding staple in downtown Z! Long johns are great and it’s really just a good old fashioned bakery with great customer service.

I had to order my sister’s cake over the phone since we were all meeting in Holland to celebrate her birthday. The lady on the phone was very helpful, and I ordered a simple vanilla cake with raspberry filling. She also offered to do a fall decoration, which I thought would be a great idea. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was disappointed to see that it looked almost like I could have bought it at the Meijer or chain grocery store. The fall decoration consisted of the orange flowers, which I really don’t like. I was hoping for something more creative, but it was pretty standard. There were a couple of young girls working there, and one of them had a little trouble finding my cake. I panicked slightly, but she did find it. My sister seemed to think it was okay and better than Marcia’s Creations. It was realitively cheap, so I can’t complain too much. It was only $ 13. I might go back if I’m in a jam, but I don’t think so…
