Best Western B. R. Guest

We stayed here this week on our trip back home. I like that this hotel is located conveniently right off of I-​70. The hotel I believe has been recently renovated and is very clean. I met two managers on duty, Billie and Rosie, and both women were friendly.
The beds are pretty comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Our room was a little stuffy but not too bad. The rooms do have connecting doors, which makes it easier to hear your neighbor’s television. We stayed on the first floor and could also hear someone walking in the room above us. Next time we stay, I will try to request a second floor room. Pets are allowed at this hotel, but we never heard any during our stay. We swam a few times during our stay, and we found the pool area to be clean. My son enjoyed the pool, although it is a little small.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good too, with hot items (cheese omelettes and sausage), hot and cold breakfast cereals, a selection of muffins and breads, yogurt and fruit. I was disappointed that the pancake maker wasn’t working, but we found plenty of food to suit our taste. There is also coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available in the lobby for guests.
I felt the price was pretty reasonable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was okay. A bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in.

Speaking of breakfast…
I rarely eat breakfast but decided to do as their sign suggests and try their hot breakfast. The look of the food wasn’t bad so I decided to go for it. How do you screw up biscuits and gravy? Right? Well. Biscuit was hard as a rock, gravy was bland. Very disappointed.
I went to get some coffee with my Boulder and sludge and the breakfast lady comes out and acts all pissy because I was in her way to fill the creamer. I needed to use the creamer so I kindly stepped aside only to watch her put 2 non dairy creamers on top of the already full non dairy creamer. Here’s the kicker. After that she starts talking to the front desk girl about some comedy show.
Very disappointed in the service at this hotel.

They called ahead to let us know their was a problem with the hot water, which was fixed immediately. But they gave us the option to get out of our reservation. The service staff was super friendly and the place was VERY clean!

We arrived late on a Sunday night unable to find an affordable room around Columbus. We called in this chain with a military rate for $ 80 all taxes included two beds. Not bad compared to all the other higher rates we came across and invalid hotel
. The room is pretty nice with two pillow top beds, four pillows on each, with duvets. Flat screen tv, full length mirror, nice set of toiletries (name brands), and fridge/​microwave. The lobby appears to offer a better breakfast then average. I saw hot chocolate, pancakes, and two silver banquet Covered serving trays with eggs and sausage. The indoor pool is small but looks very nice and clean. Good location and nice hotel staff.
