Best Western B R Buest

This is the worse Best Western we have stayed at (and we have stayed at many). All dog owners are sent to the 3^rd floor even though we are charged more. Sort of treated like 2^nd class citizens. Not fun when your dog need to go «potty» at 3 a.m. Hallway had a smell (not a dog smell but more like curry). Hairs in tub. No refrigerator. I honestly didn’t think to ask about a frig as every other Best Western has had one. The next night we stayed at one of our favorite Best Westerns in AR for half the price.

A decent travel hotel. I stayed there, coming and going on a trip to Chicago. The good: friendly staff, indoor pool, free USA Today, free wifi, fridge, microwave, free breakfast, and a snack bag for the road. The not-​so-​good: broken spa, broken ice machine, money-​stealing soda machine. Step up the maintenance and this would be 3 stars+.

The rooms are overpriced. It is ok, but in need of a major overhaul… there are more than likely better options close by, i would look around the rest of this exit or head to the next.

never again, the pool area had a chewed up hotdog and bun from a child laying next to the hot tub !!! and lucky me stepped on it and got to feel the bun squish between my toes, our room had some kind of bugs in the window but they assured me not bed bugs so they brought me a can of raid, i will never stay here again, the room had so much dust that when my wife put her wet head back against the head board it cleaned a big spot off (gross) manager came to the room an said sorry we had 2 cleaners quit this week, but this dust was old and i mean ¼ inch deep old, the manager asked me to please call headquarters and complain!!!

Decent travel hotel; I’ve stayed here twice while driving on I-​70, once in winter, once in summer. Both times everything was fine with the rooms and the breakfast. Easy exit from the Interstate but far enough from it that you don’t hear it. The only shortcoming is a dearth of good dining nearby; Denny’s is the only sit-​down restaurant and the rest of fast food. Rooms have microwaves. I would stay here again.
