Starbucks

This location was kind of forgettable. I vaguely remember ordering, standing around, finally picking up my drink and leaving. The drink was average the experience was altogether pretty forgettable. Wonder if any niche coffee houses will pop up in the area this year hmmm…

Quick, friendly service… I go every morning for my green tea. There is always a long line, but it goes very quickly.

Why do people go to Starbucks, buy 1 coffee and then sit there for hours taking up a table often meant for 2 – 4 people?
Also, I bought an instant oatmeal once – not very good – and was appalled by the waste of paper & plastic used to package the condiments. Price was unbelievable too! Never again.

The only Starbucks I love going to in town!
Why? Because they are the only ones that never mis up on an undertoe AND they always make sure I love it :) they are alway sweet their. And never seem to disappoint me.
I probably go their in a rear moon but as far as no after constantly give other Starbucks chances they have been the only ones to give perfect customer service. Thanks guys because it always makes my day. :)

I love this location most of all Starbucks in the Yuba Sutter area. The location is great and the service is amazing!

I like the location of this Starbucks. Near IHOP, Winco, California Sun business area. There is plenty of parking and they have a drive thru.
The times I have been in, it feels kind of dim or dark inside. It does seem small and there is not a lot of seating. Staff is OK, customer service was OK, and since it was busy it did take a several minutes to get our drinks. I ordered a Flat White and a couple of Cake Pops. The Cake Pops at Starbucks are actually the best I’ve ever tasted, I really like the flavors they offer. Since I am a huge fan of the mobile app, it does keep me as a regular Starbucks lover anywhere I travel and visit.

I just like all Starbucks locations bc you can just hang out and visit. One big downer is the flies get so bad in there. We had to leave.

Order and pay for a chocolate croissant and you’ll get a plain croissant… Without checking inside because you trusted that they couldn’t mess that up, lol. Wrong.

Long wait in the drive through. Ordered nonfat iced caramel macchiato but got sugar free. Gross. I REALLY don’t like spending over $ 4 for a drink and then throwing it away. I would have gone in but was in a hurry.
Just because someone orders nonfat, doesn’t mean they want sugar free chemicals with their drink!

Love the people who work here. They are AWESOME. Not too far from work. Love the S’mores & Caramel Crunch Frappucino. Will be back!

Really aggravated with the weekend staff at this location.
I’ve been going thru here EVERY morning for more than a year. I order the same exact drink, every single time (I am a creature of habit). This past Saturday, it was made with Sugar Free syrup. The Saturday before NO COFFEE in my iced coffee (I can’t make that up), the weekend before I was given an iced Chai that although looks identical to my drink, IS NOT my drink.
When I went in to swap out my drink that had NO COFFEE in it, I was told I’d have to speak to a manager. WTF? And when I asked to speak to her, she was magically on break. This was after I called twice to try to get it made before I got there because I was on my lunch break… GET IT TOGETHER, STARBUCKS BY WINCO!

Seriously this starbucks has gone down hill. I never leave negative reviews, but I just sat there for 20 minutes waiting for one coffee. They were not busy, there were five employees there. Ridiculous.

This starbucks location tends to have the laziest customers ever, I pull up at the drive thru, oh man… Line is super long… Is someone not making the customer’s drinks fast enough.!? Blahh…
SO Joey, over here, a proud Gold Member of Starbucks, decided to Walk It Out! So I parked my car under a shaded tree. And just lost a couple calories walking from my parked car to the building a couple ft away from me to score a Bday Cake Frappé… And decided to try it out what the craze was about…
I couldn’t believe it, I got my order way faster than the people waiting for their drinks at the drive thru. After they called my name passionately, I picked up my drink with excitement. Took a quick slurp slurp… Man, that Bday Frappé was meh! Take god I didn’t order any larger than it have to be. Was too sweeeeeeeeeeet…
But on the side note, I will definitely order my drinks inside from now on instead of out doors, which tends to be crowded and definitely saves me from wasting gas seating on idle while waiting for cars to move on till its my turn to order and pick up my order once its done being ordered. Namm sayinn.
Overal, service was fast inside… Outside, not so much! Had a great efficient service getting my frappé. Clean bathroom, well stocked toilet paper… And has a lot of wall sockets to charge your phone/​laptop. Kudos to that!

Starbucks is fake chemicals put into a cup that’s why you get headaches, coffee is not supposed to give u headaches on days of not drinking it but that’s Starbucks for u. Another fast food type place like mcdonalds. Try peetes?

This place gets 2 stars for location only. They got our order wrong and had super long lines. The coffee was burnt so I just threw it out and drank our hotel coffee. The staff was snooty too. Also, there wasn’t a trash can outside with their outdoor seating area and only one tiny trash can inside at the sugar and cream stand. They could definitely do better.
