Good service from staff. Great tasting doughnuts makes this place hard to beat. There is a good variety of cake and non cake doughnut options.

It’s whatever. Cheap but nothing compares to a real donut shop. Don’t waste your money or the calories

As far as comparing to other krispy creams there is no comparason. They are out of glazed on a regular basis. I think that shoyld not happen so often. They dont make them there i was told. Not sure about that i know they get the doe frozen or something but my main complaint is them not having what i want.

This location always has donuts on hand and never seem to run out like our local Krispy in the Bay Area. Service is also always very friendly and prompt. The donuts are always good, never stale. Only took one star away because the drive thru speaker seems to be almost all the way on the ground and they can NEVER hear what we are ordering. Have to repeat everything 2 – 3 times which is annoying.

So far always fresh donuts, nothing special just like all the others, clean facility, they have drive thru.

Terrible service. Fire these people! I went to this shop 2x. When personal conversations are more important than a customer, I go elsewhere.

The donuts are not that special it’s like eating a lot of grease and they don’t even make them at the store they come from Chico will never go back

This place is awful. I went here a few weeks after it 1^st opened & was excited because I remember Krispy Kremes being so delicious when I was younger. Their prices are too high & they aren’t anything special. I ordered two iced chocolate mochas for my husband & myself, right off the menu & the woman looked at me like I was speaking another language. There were 5 or more people working yet it took them nearly 15 minutes to make the mochas & I was the only one there! I have never gone back, I never will & I will continue to tell all of my terrible experience so they don’t have to endure the same. Now I always go to Blue Pantry in Yuba City, they have classic recipes & are always affordable & delicious. You can’t fake quality.

KK is obviously amazing. I was a little disappointed to know that they don’t make their donuts fresh in store and that they get shipped from Chico. The fresher the better but yuba will take what we can get I guess!

Friendly staff but calling those airy greasy things doughnuts is ridiculous. Unilocal gets a single star for saying that this review is not long enough.

I haven’t had a Krispy Kreme in years but thought I’d try the new one in town. The pros, nice new clean store with a friendly staff. The cons, the donuts are horrible. I tried three different kinds, a glaze, glaze with chocolate, and a chocolate cake donut. Of the three the cake donut was the only one I finished and it wasn’t very good, just edible. They were hard and tasted like pure sugar, so sugary my teeth hurt. By far the worst donuts in Yuba city I’ve had. I guess Krispy Kreme is like Apple, you love them or hate them, well I quess I’m the latter.

The doughnuts are good but the classic glazed is always amazing! Especially when warm!
But the best thing about this place is the service… The people first thing in the morning and afternoon are just so friendly and more than happy to help always smiling and laughing… best atmosphere for a doughnut shop!

I probably only have KK, once a year… I will never forget the first time I had a Warm Glazed donut fresh Hot off the line, it was sooooooooooo yummy! (many years ago in Chico, CA when they first opened a KK). I was hooked immediately lol, that was the best donut ever Hot, melt in your mouth goodness.
Today I went through the drive thru, ordered small coffee with a Raspberry filled donut. I like the new location area, it’s convenient and plus the drive thru! Just thankful YC has one now :) I hope they stay successful. They do a great job making all their Holiday donuts with festive decorations! I have gotten some great coupons before too, like buy a dozen Get one free! Customer service has been friendly and if you go inside they have several tables to sit, eat, drink.

Sure, as soon as I move out of the area, they build a Krispy Kreme! On my most recent trip to Yuba City, I just had to check this place out. I’m glad I did! The staff was so nice! And the donuts were amazing! Be sure to ask your cashier what the question of the day is, and if you get it right, you get a free donut! How cool! This is the place to go on a cheat day! Or any day!

Krispy Kreme donuts taste the same anywhere you go so this review is on the customer service and my recent experience at this location.
My mom and I went through the drive through this morning for a dozen assorted donuts. We came on the right day because apparently it was national donut day. Each person that visited was given a free donut in addition to their order. The staff was friendly and the wait was not long at all. When we got home we opened the box to find a dozen original glazed donuts which was not what we ordered. My mom called and spoke to John about the mistake and he offered to fix this by providing us two free dozen donuts.
I drove back not knowing what to expect. I’m not usually one to complain about an incorrect food order unless it’s inedible. We decided to call because we had a lot of different palettes to please and only one kind of donut. After working in customer service for 7 years I know that mistakes happen. In times that I’ve complained it’s been met with rude service or no apologies. This was not the case with Krispy Kreme. Samantha, the employee who filled the replacement order was just as kind and helpful as the employee before. They were very accommodating and you could tell that they value their customers 110%!

After driving by this place a ton of times and talking myself out of stopping for empty calories today I gave in. Two stars only because the product is delish. The customer service here is awful. We stood in front of the register for a solid three minutes while two employees stood there in front of the register without acknowledging us. They didn’t even say something like, we will be right with you etc. Then, when we finally were acknowledged the lady walked behind the donut case and said what can I get you like we just walked in but she still wasn’t friendly. Umm ok? I know it’s fast food but get it together people.

I like it. Its OK. Friendly stuff. They seem happy to serve their customers in a kindly manner. Best donut place in Yuba City, something that county needs, something new in town. New is good. Keep it up! I’ll be checking in here and there to grab my weekly donuts.

I had only ever had the glazed but I had a mocha doughnut and it was incredible. Love this place. Can’t wait to try more.

The donuts were super good and totally melted in my mouth. The maple donuts are glazed first, so they are completely delicious. This is my favorite doughnut place in town! The line was so long, but it moved quicker than any other I’ve seen. The workers walked out and offered to help in lieu of us waiting until we approach the glass display.
