Took my EVO4G here to get the speaker fixed and battery replaced. They did both of these things under my warranty in about 30 mins. The only problem i had with this place was that when i was waiting i watched a female employee disrespectful interact with a elderly man trying to pay his bill. Obviously he was confused and all she did was give him her attitude. I guess this is typical for workers at a cell phone store but it doesn’t mean i like it.

This place was worth the drive from A2! Everyone there was very customer service oriented, super friendly, professional, and James IS the«God» of tech! He replaced my BB(run over by a car) for the deductible price on the spot… and I did not even have the Sprint insurance plan:) I will tell everyone in cell hell that this is the place to go!

This IS the place to get your Sprint phone fixed. And it seems like the place to do just about everything. It was like the barber shop of Ypsi. Everyone seemed to know everyone else and everyone it seemed to know of this God of a technician named James Curtis. I cracked the screen on my Blackberry and Sprint customer care told me it was going to be a $ 100 deductible and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to ship me a new one. James fixed it for free and told me it was«his Pleasure» Niceeeeeeeeeeeeee :) Makes me feel even better about leaving Big Red. Oh also no wait time or stupid queue with staff calling out your name from their clipboard to step on up. So public and honestly kinda embarrassing.
