The new location is great. Very clean and a friendly staff. They mostly have booths which can be a problem if you’re with a group and getting the buffet. If there isn’t a type of pizza on the buffet, you can request a certain kind. My 3 year old niece loves it so it’s good for kids.

This store moved locations from a strip mall to its own building and the interior looks really nice. The lunch buffet is an amazing value and there was a wide variety of pizzas to try. $ 7.50 for pizza, breadsticks, salad and a drink way cheaper then other places in town for that much food! Keep it up Cottage Inn

So tonight, I ordered a veggie pizza from #CottageIn and by mistake I graped other person’s order. when I went back to them they apologized to me although it was my mistake and they gave me my order and extra free pizza with two free drinks. They insisted to give me two extra pizza instead but I didn’t want too. Thanks for these two nice employees.

Excellent! I’m new to the area and somewhat a huge pizza fan. My daughter’s and I stopped in and was greater by Karli. She was very warm and friendly I took longer than expected making my decision and even asked her opinion she was ready to help. We made and excellent choice. When the pizza arrived at the table we were very pleased everything was fresh and you can taste the difference. I would absolutely dine here again.

Standard pizza chain spot. Nothing special but they are consistent, helpful, and quick.

This used to be a favorite location for us for a lunch buffet. But lately, the buffet is either very sparsely stocked(sometimes less than a whole pizza on the buffet when there are a dozen people in the restaurant) or the buffet is well-stocked but with really bizarre toppings. I suggested to the manager yesterday that they might want to put more traditional pizzas on the buffet. «We hear that a lot», he said. Then he went on to tell me that since it’s a corporate store, they have to feature their ‘specialty pizzas’ with one pepperoni or cheese pizza as well. A truly disappointing answer. We’ll be finding a different location for our pizza buffet lunches from now on.

Though I usually avoid chain pizza for delivery, I opted to order from Cottage inn this evening to give them a chance. Despite the snag with my order, I wasn’t disappointed. Allow me to elaborate… I ordered online as an advance order, so dinner would arrive near the same time my companion returns home from work. Unfortunately, whoever received the order didn’t notice it was an advance order, and made it immediately. Needless to say, I was quite shocked to have a delivery man with dinner an hour before I was expecting him. It was from him that I learnt of the snafu. I showed him my online receipt, and he gave me the option of either taking the food now or having them remake it for him to return at the time I’d wanted it. I opted for the latter… and they obliged me WITHOUTINCIDENT. He returned PROMPTLY at the appointed hour with my order, which was completely correct and piping hot! :) Now, then, for the food itself… I ordered the Philly Steak Alfredo on a thin crust flavoured with garlic parmesean. I substituted ranch for the alfredo, and added Feta cheese and pineapple to my pie. The thin crust was done to an acceptable level(not underdone and not burnt!) It was crisp without being cracker hard(I was still able to eat it with cutlery without difficulty.) I could also taste and SEE the garlic parmesean on the crust(Sometimes, this isn’t the case when one orders a thin crust!) The toppings were generously applied! I was quite surprised; I had half expected a paltry amount, given Cottage Inn’s chain status. The InnStix? I could have done without those. They’re a bit too dense for my liking. I should have opted for a salad to accompany my pizza. Due to their willingness to correct their error without complaint(or extra charge), the generous toppings, properly baked and flavoured crust, and the fact that my order arrived wonderfully hot, I award this location four stars.

Excellent pizza and cheese bread, BUTDONOTGETTHE ‘EVERYTHING’ CRUST! It was SO salty that it was inedible. My wife and I had to cut it off. A little disappointing when you pay $ 14 for a large and have to cut it down to a medium due to the salty crust. We love Cottage Inn and will absolutely go back, but we’ll never get more than 1 item put on the crust again.

I caved and got dinner here tonight, because Cottage Inn has gluten free pizza and I don’t do well with gluten. I think«meh» sums it up. I got the kickin’ chicken, which is normally delicious. It was just OK here. It was warm and cooked fast. It just wasn’t as crispy as I’ve experienced it at other Cottage Inns and it kinda had a sorry sag to it. Definitely could have used about 5 more minutes in the oven. I also got a Greek salad and again, meh. Its saving graces were the feta cheese(very tasty) and the olives(also very tasty). But the lettuce was all sorry and brown around the edges and creases too, and I’m not sold. I’ll probably order pizza here again, because they are the only people around me with gluten free crusts, but it would be nice if things seemed a little fresher and crisper. I’ll update if I go back and hopefully will be able to improve this rating.
