Pizza Hut

Ha! Just tried to order one of their heart shaped pizzas. I was told they were out of pizza dough. It’s 3:00 in the afternoon. Not sure what they’ll sell for the rest of the day!

When I was a kid, Pizza Hut used to be a treat. I don’t know if the food quality at Pizza Hut has declined, or if the quality of food has just gotten better at other restaurants and pizza chains. Perhaps it is a little of both.
The meal here tasted as expected. It is a reasonably priced place to take my family of eight. I did however have great customer service at my most recent visit.
I cannot rate this place higher than a two star. The food just isn’t worth rating any higher.

90s Pizza Hut is no more (at least at this location)
They are all friendly but the food is seriously lacking and everything in the lobby seems to be covered in dust and grease. I ordered a stuft crust and got the thinnest pizza ever (I’ve worked in a pizzeria the dough was obviously old– I do not even want to think about how old) it wasn’t a thin crust just poorly used old dough.
The toppings were good but it really ruined the pizza.
Visited again a couple weeks later for the same thing to happen, I’ll take it as a sign not to eat at this location.

Extremely wonderful tasted deep dish pizza. delivery could be a lil faster. And you should not gotta pay ten dollars to get a delivery

Take out always takes 5 – 15 minutes longer than their estimated time. So you have to sit in there and wait almost every time you order take out over the phone. They always take a while to cash you out too. The pizza isn’t all that great or consistent for that matter. I’ve had good pizza Hutt, but this isn’t it most of the time.

Their chicken wings are oily and disgusting. Usually I do not have any expectations on fast-​food, while their pizza and chicken wings were totally terrible.

Twice as far away as the old Pizza Hut (on Washtenaw), but they get it here in less than half the time. These people seem to care about their work, and I’m definitely a fan of the new menu.

If you are in Ypsilanti or the outskirts of Ann Arbor GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
Worst employees ever. RUDE. The food is standard, like all Hut’s its exactly the same, the food isn’t USUALLY the issue, but if there is an issue DO NOT expect them to do a damn thing, except be heinously insulting. Its hard to be the worst pizza place in this town, especially when the food is good. They need to get fired off and replaced, its the only hope to salvage the business.

Pizza Hut used to be aloooot better. Even with lowered expectations, I was seriously underwhelmed.
When I ordered over the phone, I was told that I could pick up my pizza in 15 minutes. Fast. Too fast. When I got there, the restaurant was half full of diners. When I opened the door, I caught a waft of sandalwood. The person at the desk was courteous.
The large size had been the same price as the medium, so I decided, why not get the slightly bigger pizza? But my toppings were on top of the cheese, not melted in under the cheese. I think that’s how they did it so fast. The sausage bits had an odd consistency that made me suspect soy-​in-​place-​of-​meat. The sauce was only noticeable by the red color. Blah. No lycopene reward there. But the crust was awesome — buttery and crispy.
I’m not excited to order from here again, but they’re putting out pizza that should please most folks. They rate nearly a 3 with me, but I’d have to figure out what to say in order to get a pizza that I would call A-​OK.

Only brought us two sets of silverware and two napkins four four people. Didn’t give the kids crayons and activty placemat. We had to grab what we needed ourselves. Both bowls of lettuce in the salad bar we’re turning brown and wilty, and the waiter looked right at it and pretended to not see a problem, but offered to change it out. They ended up just adding more lettuce to it. Pizza wasn’t as good as I’m used to at Pizza Hut.

Tonight, in the borderlands between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, I had my faith in Pizza Hut restored.
For too long, my brothers and sisters, I have been underwhelmed by the crappy service and degrading product quality of the Hut.
Not tonight.
Tonight, the pizza, the breadsticks, were hot and good.
For too long Pizza Hut’s pan pizza has not been what it once was. Tonight, the pizza was great. It was like stepping into a time machine to the Pizza Hut of the late 80’s – but with better onions on hand to join the party.
Can I get a witness? Somebody say Hallelujah.
I recommend this Pizza Hut. I recommend the waitress I had too (Her name was Shannon). She did not once get thrown by either my odd personality nor my daughter Katheryne’s. And sometimes, that is an achievement.
This is the apotheosis of all the once was right with Pizza Hut (though maybe pitchers of beer were Awesome once and should be brought back – though I never had one as I was too young and I do not now drink).
