Baskin-Robbins

The service and staff her continues to disappoint. The building houses three (3) businesses — NY Pizza, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins.
When the four of us arrive there are six (6) servers working in DD, one at NY Pizza and no one at ice cream. We managed to get one employee to head our way, and when we asked for a milk shake, he had to get another employee to make it (strike one). The next customer orders a waffle cone and finds they are all out (strike two). The server hands me my milk shake which has run all over the lid and cup (strike three). The milk shake is not even blended and has a hard core of ice cream in the center of the cup (next batter, strike one).
Last time I was in they were out of vanilla…
Why bother.
