CVS pharmacy

I live up the hill from this store so it’s great for in a pinch. Cvs is pricey compared to Walmart and target, but if you do your coupons and ECBs and cvs coupons right, you get a pretty good deal. Especially when there’s price cuts. It used to be a Longs drug store, which I still call it Longs at time and they were cheaper, but whatcha going to do? I find everything I need here and get my prescriptions filled. Lately the pharmacists have been a little rude, when I dropped off my RX she acted like I was disturbing her conversation with another employee and was really bothered I came up and I couldn’t hear well anyway because my ear drum was on the verge of exploding and I had an upper respiratory infection with a fever at 39 weeks pregnant. fun stuff. But you know, I just went shopping for the 10 minutes she said and paid and left. Someone (I can’t remember her name) who works at the cashier stand is super nice and talkative. I lost my sun glasses and called and she went searching the store for them. She always compliments my baby and is friendly to everyone it seems like. I don’t have any real complaints as to why you should avoid this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed on Unilocal & I’m only doing a negative review to save others from experiencing the terrible customer service and lack of professionalism this CVS pharmacy delivers. I rather drive a bit further than have my time wasted and not valued.

Worst CVS pharmacy I have been to. Perception was sent in by my doctor. Went to this CVS because it was next door to the urgent care doctor. Sat in my car for 20 minutes then Waited in line for 20 minutes. Was told that even though it had been 40 minutes, they need another 40 minutes to fill my prescription. It has been 40 and still not done. As I am waiting, several people who had their prescriptions sent in 1 – 3 days prior have all been told that they are not ready yet. Poor service here. Asked if it could be sent to my normal CVS. Sure but it will take at least 24 hours for this to happen. In defense of this place, it is busy and they seem understaffed today. They did take me ahead of the line when my prescription was done.

Pharmacist told me that my prescription would be ready at a specific time. Clerk told me that there is no way he told me that. Ok. Someone is lying. They say their computers were down which may be true but don’t lie. A simple I’m sorry but the computer didn’t come up in time would be fine but don’t argue with someone about what they were told. I’m quite contagious and spent a lot of time at the counter — it would suck for the clerk if karma played her hand.

Long lines and the pharmacy cashiers are rude .the computer calls you saying you script is ready when it’s not.

Very poor customer service in the pharnacy. People waiting 20 minutes how many people just walk out the door because it is poor service. I know this is the last time I will be here darkening their door in the pharmacy I hope everyone else decides not to come here as well. Just think no customers no need for a pharmacy nobody has a job.

Always better to have a rewards card. You don’t realize how much you save. it all adds up!

This CVS Pharmacy is a pretty nice store.
Well stocked and well kept.
We stopped by recently to look for a special kind of Christmas light, but unfortunately they did not have what we wanted.
The staff was friendly. The parking is very available and the lot very well lit.
As far as CVS’s go, this is as good as any…

I am reviewing on their photo services. I spent over an hour trying to use their machine to print some matte photos.
When I showed up the next day to pick up the photos (approximately 300 photos) i found that their matte photos were HORRIBLE. They were all ugly their matte photo paper was really low quality and i was very disappointed. After paying i went back in and complained about the horrible quality and i was pleasantly surprised when the person offered me a 10% off when i reprint my photos.
The only horrible thing was i had to sit at the kodak machines for another hour to figure out what pictures i wanted to be printed again.
All in all this was an okay experience but i think the CVS on eureka and imperial hwy has better photo paper.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. The guy answered the phone didn’t even have patient to finish listening why I had a hard time to fill my prescription. And hung up my phone. I didn’t even have a chance to leave him my cell phone number, so he can call me if he can’t fill my prescription.
