B & B Pharmacy-Yorba Linda

Was shipping packages out at the post office side of B&B. Forced me to pay over 3 times the price to ship an item because the lady behind the counter made a mistake. Was super rude and refused to do anything about HER mistake resulting in me having to spend a ridiculous amount. You’ve lost my business.

Love going to this place and browsing all of the fun stuff they have! Excellent customer service as well! Can’t wait to stop in again!

I called to see if they had the medication I take in stock and the pharmacist was so rude. She first asked me who the prescribing doctor was as if I was a criminal with a counterfeit prescription. Then she said she didn’t know who the doctor was and that she didn’t have it in stock. I’m not sure if she was lying to me but that’s very unprofessional either way. There’s no way you’re going to know all the doctors, much less a specialist. Her advice was to go to a pharmacy in orange where the doctor is located. That doesn’t even make any logical sense. They probably wouldn’t know him either and he has no control over pharmacy inventory.

The customer service here is amazing! My insurance didn’t cover the Advair my doctor prescribed for me, but the pharmacist told me where to find a coupon online to make my first prescription free! The last pharmacy I went to never helped me like this. I’m so grateful! Now I can breathe much better, literally!!!

Wow! I just called this pharmacy to find out if they had the medicine my doctor prescribed me and the pharmacist was rude about it. I asked and she simply and sternly said «NO» we don’t carry it. Not sorry we do not carry it, just NO with silence. Is that customer service friendly? NO!!! Thanks but no thanks

i’ve gone here ever since i can remember. i come here even if i don’t need anything. you can always find a treasure. ive never met a grumpy employee. owner is incredibly friendly & helpful. a community gem. they have a great stuffed animal section, giftcards, seasonal items, cookbooks, tea, jewelry, lotions, old school candy, a post office drop off. i could go on & on.

What makes living in Yorba Linda special? I’ll tell you! B&B pharmacy! Today after a very long and very hot day I stopped into B&B to get a card. While I was in I was talking to John, who very nicely offered me help and I told him I was just browsing and just got off a very long and very hot day of work. He said okay and that I could stay as long as I wanted and to just enjoy the AC! When I went to the register to pay he came up and gave me a bottle of water and said that it was on him! How kind of him to do that! I love this place for a million and a half reasons but I have to say that they have earned themselves a forever customer! Thank you John you really made my day special!

My vet ordered a prescription to be filled by evening. So I went to pick it up and it was not ready. The Pharmacist asks, «did we call you?» I said, «no» then she rudely says then why are you here? She says we will call you when it is done unless you want to cancel it. Now why would I cancel a prescription that was just ordered. That was two days ago and they still have not called me.

They have really cute things in there store and everyone there is very nice. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. :) plus, sometimes they have cookies and coffees out for you to take. And you would be supporting a local business so go here :)

Very unfriendly staff. Especially male pharmacist during the day (I think he is the owner).
Glad they didn’t have what I needed (very common med). I would have hated myself for giving them my hard earned money. There is way too much completion for pharmacy dollars. Take your business elsewhere.

My family has been going to this place for years, and now i myself use them. Jim (the owner) is awesome! Always happy to help and give his expertise advice. Thanks for the great service!

I had my prescription moved from Walgreens to B & B pharmacy because they don’t overprice medications when insurance won’t cover it. Walgreens raised the price of my medication from $ 189 to $ 205. They said it was because their cost went up. I called over to B & B and they sold it to me for $ 20. When I mentioned the price increase at Walgreens, Jim (the owner and pharmacist) told me that their price did go up…1 penny! I will never go elsewhere. Thank you to all of the wonderful and friendly team at B & B.

Their pharmacist (the owner) is rude, condescending, and completely dedicated to making the process of filling a prescription as difficult as possible. We were told on the phone that the customer service would be excellent. Apparently, we have different definitions of the word «excellent.» I think I’ll stick to CVS.

B and B pharmacy is second to none. Their dedication and commitment to their patients is second-​to-​m in the pharmaceutical business. It reminds me of what pharmacies (and their dedication to their work, quality of staff and extensive knowledge of medications and their benefit for the health of their patients. Furthermore, there are few places today their know EVERY ATIENT BY NAME — LIKE IT SHOULD BE.
B & B pharmacy (and their compassion, sympathy and thoughtfulness) is a dying creed in the days of «puppy-​mill» CVS —- profit over quality – business model.
I drive nearly 10 miles «out of my way to see Jim, the lead pharmacist and his competent staff… because, to put it simply, THEY CARE. It reminds me of the stories that my grandfather shared with me, where in Vegas, they knew you family, the help you needed and the feeling that you are always welcome in their store — and have complete attention to your needs (but it should go without saying — they aren’t in the MOB!!! Hehe, just a little joke.
B & B is quality and recommend it to all my friends.
At CVS, I was given nitroglycerin for a heart condition that I DIDN’T HAVE (I’m 33). The answer from CVS was, «Oh I apologize, we must have mixed up your name… NO KIDDING.
B & B is QUALITY. PERIOD.
Beyond satisfied customer to travels 15 miles to get the outstanding service from their establishment — rather than the 2 minute trip to CVS who treats you like a number, a profit and forgettable.
If you desire quality, attentive staff and a smile. I highly suggest taking a small «road trip to B & B in YL. You will not be sorry.

Its like a ghost town. They have some cool stuff but its so hard to find any help. I walked all over the store after waiting for 10 minutes at the register (no one was there). I went to the pharmacy because I heard people and when I mentioned that I couldn’t find any help the guy just said «yeah we sent to front person out on an errand». SOMEONE should have been at the front. I didn’t get the help I needed and I could have easily walked out with the stuff and never paid. Will never shop here again.

This B & B Pharmacy looks like a JUNK store. empty shelves everywhere and knick knacks. Yuck. The Pharmacist in the back (who I found out is the owner of this place) is also SO unhelpful and basically rude. I consider being ignored as a customer, RUDE.
I will never be back and wish I could give less than one star.

This place is so cute! I have received their holiday flyer in the mail and failed to stop by. This year, in search of stocking stuffers, I remembered the cute items in their flyer and made the trek.
I am so glad that I did. This is a normal pharmacy, mail center, and gift shop all merged into one. If you are desperate and a last minute shopper, you could stop by here, pick up a cute holiday gift, have it packed and shipped, and then feel relieved.
The staff here was also very friendly. When I purchased an ornament, she was sure to wrap it gently before placing it in the bag.
Next year I won’t wait so long to stop by B&B.

And the pharmacy is completely great super helpful totally knowledgeable trustworthy.
While waiting for your scrip browse the store and find too many zowie old lady super cool hats and costume jewelry and greeting cards and awesome kids toys even!!! Great gift shopping.
They also sell standard stuff like canes and orthopedic looking stuff — duh, they are a pharmacy, right?!
They are a SUPER established been there forever feeling local drugstore — wayyyy better to support them than CVS.

Well, I got my cat’s prescription here, and they did a great job compounding it. However, my next experience with them was not very good. I went in with my human prescription and the manager of the pharmacy who is also the owner of the store said he could not fill my prescription. I asked for an explanation and he said he just doesn’t carry my medication.
He refused to give me an explanation as to why he refused to fill my prescription. When I asked him why he kept cutting me off and would not even allow me to finish my sentence. This happened like 3 times. He kept saying, «I’m going on vacation right now, I gotta go. You can write to my corporate headquarters, write to my house.»
So, obviously he doesn’t give a crap about losing my business and he has no problem at all treating me with huge disrespect.
I really have no idea what his issue with my medication was. It was a very strange experience. The look on his face was of utter shock the second he saw my prescription, as if I was asking for a bag of cocaine or something. I never expected to go into a pharmacy, ask for my prescription to be filled, and to be treated like I was an awful person for doing so. I would recommend avoiding this place if you care about having your prescriptions filled.
