Wow… The Vegetarian sandwich was absolutely amazing. The sweet potato fries were pretty good and we are more than excited to try the hummus and pesto salad tonight. Would be nice to maybe see a couple bistro tables added to the storefront to enjoy lunch dine in but all in all a wonderful experience. Great to see small business here in Yelm and we love supporting it, see you again soon!

Pros: Good place to get healthy Togo lunch. I tried their cold case side dishes and dessert, sandwich, and Friday burger. They are pricy but tasty. At least, they are organic and make me feel better about the price-​value. Friday burger is $ 13, it come with fries and a good size gourmet burger. It’s the most expensive item on the menu but it is very special. I tried pork belly and cranberry burger last time and still thinking about coming back to try new surprises. Sandwich is ok but I like that you can op-​out fries to make it under my lunch budget $ 5.
Cons: Even it is a Togo establishment, sometimes you have to prepare to wait when there are more than 3 customers in the shop. I waited 20 minutes last from walk in to the store to walk out with my food. Depends on who is in, sometimes clerk there is not helpful. Parking is hard since it’s only street parking.
Suggestions:Even the store front is small, some patio set outside or a small bar counter along the big window will provide a place for customer to have quick bite without sitting down. Customer service training will help chef/​cashier to be friendly and cheerful.

Consistently great food. A great place to come and pick up a quick lunch.

Great Burgers and desserts! We get the special nearly every Friday. The burger is NOT too big. :) The garlic fries are awesome and we like the sweet potato fries as well. They’re very quick to make your meal and bag it for you. $ 13 is a very reasonable price for the amount of food and the quick service. Unfortunately we only get to eat here a couple more times before we move. Maybe they’ll open a franchise!

This place is amazing! So excited! We have a daughter who will soon be receiving my husbands kidney so we try to eat healthy to ensure she has the best possible organ. That being said we own a business, have 3 children under the age of 5, my husband works and goes to school full time so we are always on the go. This place has amazing food, great service, and they are fast which suits all of our needs. Highly recommended, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Food is fresh and delicious, I’ve never gotten a dish I didn’t like here! The owner is extremely friendly and you can tell he loves his job.

Great sandwich and sweet potato fries. Only mistake — we could have split one between us — it was so big with the fries on the side.
Had an interesting conversation outside (while minding our dog) with a local resident who happily told me the whole story of how the place came to be. Suppose it is true!
Certainly recommend this gem.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t nearly as good as everyone was saying. My fries weren’t that great and the sandwich didn’t impress me like I was expecting plus the «greens» on my sandwich was iceberg lettuce.

The Philly Cheese sandwich with regular fries was beyond my expectations. The flavors and freshness of this sandwich was well worth the price. The owner was VERY friendly and helpful. The interior was very clean and well put together.

Great little spot in Yelm. Sandwich was on point. Yum! Guys working were friendly and fast. Food prepared fresh. Thai chicken was awesome!

Had a chopped salad with the salted Carmel brownie. Everything was delicious and the service was quick and attentive. Such a great little gem in Yelm! We’ll be back :)

Wow. Tasty. Fresh. Organic. Reasonably priced. I bought a veggie panini with sweet potato fries for my dinner and chips and salsa for later. I can’t wait for my chef hubby to taste the chips and salsa. The customers ahead of me were right. They’re delicious solo. :)

Super tasty paninis, crazy yummy fries (both regular and sweet potato)…I absolutely love that they have the best chocolate brownie caramel thing in town!!! Suuuuuuper tasty!!! Gooey, chewy, chocolatey, caramelly goodness! My favorite panini is the feta one… it is mouth watering with the pesto! Mmmmm

I have come here numerous times and have yet to be disappointed! Truly amazing. I have the vegetarian sandwich with sweet potato fries… heaven. the ketchup is made in house and it is delicious. I am trying to taste every dessert they serve, they are very rich but hit the spot if you have a sweet tooth like me.

Consistently great sandwiches. They offer organic sandwiches for 8.50 unless it’s a special which changes daily for 11.50 (larger portion and has additional items). Extremely quick at making sandwiches and their custom made ketchup goes great with sweet potato/​reg fries and the sandwiches. They also have delicious desserts that are already made that customers can see when they first walk in. In the same area, they have already made pastas, hummus, and additional items for 5.00. I do wish they would have wheat bread, but then again I have never asked and most Panini places don’t use wheat. I would definitely recommend visiting here, great for rain or shine.

Simply Organic is a clean take-​out shop that offers fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts. They have daily specials too, my favorite is their French dip with garlic fries. Chips and salsa, too.
I love that they have their whole menu on the chalkboard.
There is parking right in front of the store and also around the side of the building.
Thanks for the great customer service and delicious food!
And don’t forget their carrot cake.
The drive is worth it!

I wish this place was in Olympia. You would think Olympia has enough fresh organic take out places but they don’t have one like this place.
AMAZING sandwiches — fresh, healthy, cooked fast and decent prices (a tad high for me to go back a lot when I am town but I do understand organic food is more expensive –but still…) I had a chicken pesto sandwich was delicious.
The sweet potato fries were pretty good — not the best I have had but ok.
I picked up some salsa from the cold case and some homemade tortilla chips — both were pretty good. Salsa was on the sweeter side which I dont really care for.
Homemade organic ketchup was very tasty!
I really wish they had a few tables in their store for those who would like to sit down and have a bite to eat. As it was, I had to eat in my car.
