This place is Always busy. It’s most likely because this place is awesome and I love everything on the menu. I’m not a picky eater so that’s probably why I love this place a lot. My all time favorite is the Egg White with Asparagus and Mushroom.

This place is busy. Come in with plenty of time since everyone else is thinking the same thing. Also, call in if you’re grabbing a box of bagels for the office, give them a heads up. They’re gonna run out of something they want and will take 6 minutes to make some more. Not a bad spot, I think I just came in when they were understaffed for breakfast. And I wasn’t the only one looking to get an office snack for my crew. You can tell a few of the guys in line were antsy about running late because they were waiting on their stuff.

It takes a lot for me to complain about my food and service because I am really not that picky, but I have consistently had bad experiences at this Einstein. Don’t get me wrong, I love Einstein, but about 70% of the time I order a sandwich for lunch, i am either forgotten about, it is either the wrong sandwich, or it is made so crazily, everything is falling out of the inside of the sandwich just from unwrapping it(if it was even inside the sandwich in the first place). It would be easier to eating the thing in a bowl. I understand that during lunchtime there is a rush of people coming in, but come on, I mean would you honestly make a sandwich for yourself that was made like that. Probably not.

Great place to get bagels. Love the selection of types of bagels and ability to customize what you can put inside. Sausage egg n cheese on an asiago bagel… yes please! Cream cheese selection is great. You can choose anything from regular, to strawberry, vegetable, or onion n chives. Service is great! Really friendly peeps and all about what they do. Just the other day i went to get 6 bagels and the employee informed me that if i get another i can choose a free tub of cream cheese! Awesome!!! Things like that tell me they really care. The actual food. Great texture on the bagels. I can tell just by looking at the bagels that they do a great job egg washing and baking them. Love the sourdough bagels. Good sourdough is the acme of a good baker! I took away 1 star because i feel like at times they are in short supply of bagels! What if i wanted 12 bagels??? Still great place i strongly suggest it –Paxil

I was excited to see they have an Einstein Bagel on post. The few times I’ve been to this location(not sure if this is the one inside the bank or at the shoppette), we’ve had nothing but amazing service. DH and I usually get an asiago bagle, toasted with cream cheese, cut in half. Our last trip, they went out of their way to make fresh asiago bagels for us and we didn’t mind the wait either. Their«fresh» orange juice is disgusting and really tart. It’s not even fresh… I’m pretty sure it was frozen and they let it thaw out all day. Now, I just wish they had Einstein bagels off post!

This place just plainly sucks. Every single time I crave a pizza bagel or a breakfast bagel… The employees always, ALWAYS find a way to screw it up… Even my husband has issues with these folks. We always have to send it back… Of course we can’t escape from these idiots… There are a couple places to eat on post. So our awesome choices besides einsteins is BK, the food court, Popeyes, or pizza hut… So either way, we don’t win.

When I saw Einsteins here in WA I was pleasantly suprised. Just happy to see places that reminds of your last residence. WHen… your last residence just rocked. So this place is tucked away in a bank.(i have to say kind of a weird place to place a bagel shop) but i guess… why not??? You should have money then right? So having said that they have pretty awesome bagel sandwhiches. Probably the best selling is their spinach egg. Almost like a quiche on a bagel. It does the right thing for the morning. Fill you, give you energy, and well gives you something to chew.

Being near work, this is a quick place to run to for lunch. The food is not bad at all. The BLT is one of the best I’ve had! Its on wheat bread and has a really good kind of southwestern sauce. The coffee is really good too, better than Starbucks. I like the vanilla hazelnut blend. The bagels and spreads are pretty standard fare. My friend claims their salads are like crack for her, haha. My main complaint about this place is that, like most government run businesses, is that the service is pretty awful. If there are more than 4 people in line, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes. And the people working here just seem so clueless all the time. You usually have to repeat your order several times and then make sure you got your order. Also, either every worker tries to help you all at the same time and they step on each others feet or else no one is helping you. Its kind of comical to observe unless you’re really hungry or in a hurry.
