I will NEVER come here again. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of diversity in Berks County. I’m tired of giving them chances only for me to leave pissed off and disappointed. I’ve since moved but should I ever be in the area, I’d rather be mauled by bears than step into this salon to get services.
They knew I was moving. I’d only be in the area for another 48 hours and I decided to take a break and get my nails done. I asked for a cut down, never got it. Somehow my middle finger nail is actually crooked! I just wanted clear nails; unfortunately they butchered my nails so badly, I couldn’t NOT put color on because my natural nails looked like pure Hell.
Every 9 services, you get the 10^th half off. Well it would have been nice if they told me that I was eligible for the half off service. I would have came back for a pedi later instead of doing them at the same time. I go to pay and they tell me my next service is half off; you know I’m moving two hours away! I go to run some errands and come back to get a Brazilian wax.
It’s $ 40; with half off it should come down to a mere $ 20. I go to hand her $ 25 and she tells me it’s $ 40. Excuse me? I give her the last four of my phone number and I tell her the other woman told me it was my 10^th service. Her response? «Waxes aren’t included in that deal»
Are you effing kidding me? I’m done. This is exactly why you’re salon has such a poor rating. You provide less than mediocre services, jerk your customers around with the prices, and they’re constantly fluctuating. No more.

Anna Nails is AWESOME! I went there out of pure convenience, as I work in the area. I was not disappointed. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and waited less than 5 minutes. I needed an acrylic refill with gel polish. My current set (not from Anna’s) looked to «thick» and «wide» at the top – overall, just too fake. I explained the look I was going for and Michael nailed it! (No pun intended). I did receive one of their membership cards – it’s a great program that allows for a free nail service after 10 paid services. I only paid $ 20 for the refill w/​gel polish. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.

I always have a great experience here. I’m really particular about my nails and they are always happy to accommodate. I’m also that person that is constantly ruining their nails so I’m sure they get annoyed with me but I never noticed! :)

I came here for the first time at five recommendation of a regular customer. Let’s just say I’ve been back! I’ve only had pedicures, so I can’t speak of the manicures, but my feet have always been happy. The polish has lasts a long time and the filing has been exactly how I like it.

So basically the $ 20 «basic pedi» is really quite basic. I asked him to remove the dead skin from my pinky toe (1 toe) and he say that’s the callous removal treatment which is $ 12 more. So they are ok with their clients walking out with slamming toe nails and a bunch of dead skin.
Overall I don’t think I will be back.

I had a very poor experience. Even though, they gave me 30% off, it still wasn’t worth it. They made me wait over 3 hours. Then when the tech started working on my manicure, she was in such a rush while cutting my cuticles, she cut two of my fingers. Then a customer was screaming out how she had an appointment, the techician left me there bleeding and went to work on another customer. I was really upset and I won’t be returning.

This place sucks. They were busy when I came in, which was fine, but they set me up to soak my gel nails and left me there for about thirty minutes while they worked on someone else. If you’re going to make me wait, at least let me have my hands! The filing was awful, the paint job was awful. I had to wait AGAIN for another tech to do the simple design I wanted, which she did quickly and carelessly and missed spots with the top coat, as well. I pointed this out at the counter when I was paying. They asked if I wanted it done over. NO I DO NOT, I’VE BEEN HERE TWO HOURS. No discount was offered and little concern was given. BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
