They do an okay job on nails, depending on who the nail tech is, but I find their staff to be very rude and disrespectful. I believe their native language is Chinese, but they all speak English; however, when they’re badmouthing a customer, they speak Chinese. There are too many salons in the area to tolerate this lack of professionalism. I’ll take my american dollars elsewhere.

I went to planet nails friday for a refill, I had pink and white nails. I wanted them to file down and refill it with the same pink that is used for pink and whites. They tell me they can’t so I said just take them off and do a new set because I wanted gel nail polish and did not the nail polish to be lighter at the top of the nail because of the white under neath, well they did not want to do that either so they ended up just doing a refill and painting on top used three coats of gel polish and 1 too coat ! By the time I was done my nails were awful ! So thick bumpy not smooth. I went and got them soaked of completely at a different salon and redid them ! NEVER AGAIN !! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR UR MONEY
