We placed our order at 2:25 and we waited over 20 minutes for two deli sandwiches. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. They didn’t even care that they were late. They didn’t offer us anything for the long wait. There were not a lot of people waiting. Slow staff, rude and sloppy sandwiches. They looked very half-​assed. I’ve been to other locations and they put love into what they make. This location just was absolute disgust.

Went here to buy a lobster sandwich for my mom. My mom has been in the hospital several weeks and I have been buying her a lobster roll and sandwich for a few weeks at a few other locations. They measure the lobster in plastic cups for portion sizing. This location is the only location that did not put the right amount of lobster in the roll. Not happy with that. They are too expensive to get less then the amount that they normally give you. I will not go back to this location.
