Subway

Love this subway. The staff are so sweet and and personable. I give it four stars on the level of evaluating a Subway and the niche it falls into in the fast food world. If you’re looking for a gourmet sandwich, not the place for you. But if you’re looking for a quick and relatively healthy meal, it’s a good option. And some of their breads are vegan, so it’s a good option for those that avoid animal products as you can make a delicious veggie sandwich. This location has always been consistent with freshness and I have seen staff as they load up my veggies be mindful of wilted ones, and they will toss those pieces out rather than just blindly throwing everything on your sandwich. It’s very easy to get a custom order here, the staff don’t make you feel like an inconvenience if you want to mix up some crazy combination. And if you’re a regular they will remember you, your face (they noticed my haircut!) and if you have a regular order, they remember that, too — but will still double check each ingredient with you before they slap it in the bread.
I do remove a star for the lack of a bathroom and for the manager. I have observed him to be lazy, often hiding in the back doing whatever when the two staff up front are running around trying to take care of the customers. Even when they call back for him to come up and help he often doesn’t respond or will come out and need his staff to tell him what to do to help them. Come one, buddy, you’ve got a good crew there, show some respect and consideration! All in all, though, this is a trusted lunch or dinner stop for me when I need something cheap, fast, and healthy (or at least healthier than burgers and fries).

All subways seem pretty much the same. if you like subway you will like this location. nice friendly staff and clean place.
With that said I don’t like subway. there bread is good since they bake it there but everything else is just «meh».
Everything is pre sliced, pre cooked and pre portioned.
Cheesy portions of meat. even the cheese they cut into triangles so maybe you will get a whole slice worth of cheese on a footling.
They will fluff up your sub with a half pound of shredded lettuce to give it that bigger appearance.
Even there foot longs are not foot longs. 11 inches is not a foot, sorry.
Everything sits in pans that are chilled but all open.
Just go to your favorite deli or pizza shop for a sub not here.
I’d give 1 star but they bake there own bread in different favors.
