This Sonic is ok. They have terribad burgers though. Like soo bad ooh. do yourself a favor and get a hot dog and a slush with some tots. Stay away from the burger its garbage. My fav dog is a split between the chicago dog and the coney chili cheese. both solid. had a burger there today thinking«new sonic» would be different but its still garbage, took a bite and threw it away. YOuR BURGERSSUCKSONIC. maybe get the beef somewhere else or ehh I couldn’t even tell you. produce all jacked up bun too sweet just a crappy burger all around. burger king has you beat with their jr whopper and that burger sucks. just not as bad as a sonic burger.

Great service and food since this place reopened! I’m assuming it must be under new ownership since everything is so much better than it was before it closed. Staff really makes an effort and they are always packed. So nice to have happy hour drinks and slushes and ½ price after 8pm milkshakes just in time for summer!

Appears to be closed. Drove there yesterday and it was all dark, tables were gone and no lights were on. Not surprising as the service had become the worst I ever experienced, 15 or 20 minute waits for a drink was commonplace the last few times.

Sonic use to be great when it first opened but has gone down hill, big time! The last two visits to Sonic, the drive thru speaker wasn’t working. Then the credit card machine stopped working. It seems that when something breaks, no one fixes it… yikes. The food is ok, the staff is ok, the problem is clearly with the management of the facilities.

I been here many times, but finally decided to write a review. Now I only come here for the drinks, my usual at Sonic is the Route44 LemonBerry Slush, but we decide to order a milk shake and the cup wasn’t fill up all the way. The milk shake tasted like it was made from powder because we tasted clumps in it. I was really sad, I was carving a milk shake and thought they made it with real ice cream and stuff. This Sonic location, I pull in and push the order button, I don’t get out of my car. Its not because the surround area is bad, there usually trash laying around and I don’t want to deal with it. The service is a little slow and not every station full with people placing orders or eating. The food is not good, it made very sloppy and not up to par compare to other Sonic around this area. One time I ordered tots & onion rings and it wasn’t even hot or crunchy. We decide not to order food from this location again and eat somewhere else.

While Sonic has some great food and drinks, there is no way that I ever get to experience it because the wait time to find out what the food tastes like is WAY to long. I have complained to the store manager and the area manager for this location and nothing ever gets fixed. Its a really simple solution… repair ALL of your broken equipment, hire staff that actually wants a job and ensure they are trained 100% and hire a store manager that holds the team accountable(not neccessarily in that order). I used to love Sonic. Now it pains me to wait the 45 minutes for a slush so I just go elsewhere.

I usually enjoy Sonic. This was my first visit to this location and will never return. At first drive up it was not well lit(I.e. menu). Order took about 15 in the drive thru and when I received my order there were bits of plastic in my oreo blast. No thanks never again.

This Sonic is terrible. I hate leaving bad reviews but we’ve been in the drive thru for 35 minutes and still two cars back from the window. Yes it’s 6:05PM dinner hour but that’s ridiculous… I’m gonna have to go fill my gas tank again from idling this long… Wait finally at the window… exactly 40 minutes to get here! Enough said…

Been here a few times and this place has definitely gone down hill. 1. Sticky tables. 2. Bathroom was closed at 3pm. Had to take my kids to the gas station. 3. There was 4 of us and we got 2 napkins!!! 4. There is a sign of toys and both of my kids didn’t get one. 5. We got a melted fork for our chili cheese tots. I don’t think I will ever go back there.

Sonic Manager? What is the problem at this store?! I’ve tried the waiting for the carhop, I’ve tried the drive-thru…every dang time it’s surprising just how screwed up they can get an order. It’s so frustrating when they can’t even get a Slush correct– ordered the Lemonberry– got berry. I have been to this store 3 times at happy hour– charged a different amount each time! At 2:30 today I was charged FULLPRICE– and when I protested I was given a «shrug of her shoulders!!» REALLY? Oh and they were closed for a few days–«water problem» but drive thru menu speaker still broken! Fix it or you will fail– ask Popeyes what happened – they are a Burger King now! To the employees: fix it or be unemployed! Seriously!

This place really needs help lately. I don’t care much for their food anyway but their ice cream is convenient. I usually get a sonic blast and my son likes their sundaes. Anyway, first their ordering microphone went down a week or two so and it’s still not fixed. Next they have signs everywhere saying cash or check only no cards. I never carry cash so that is a problem. When I asked though they still winked and took my card anyway. What was that about? Today now they have signs everywhere saying cash only, exact change only, and they would not take my card! That is not the way to run a business, or the staff are pulling a major scam on the owners and plan to pocket all that cash. We will not be coming back unless these issues are fixed.

Superb places for big coney dogs and decent burgers. The best of course are their slushes and desserts. I don’t like ordering through their menu board machines but oh well! You can order from a menu board in your parking stall also just like the old school drive-ins. Kinda cool, but I go up to the seating area menu boards to order. They don’t do orders at the window where the employees are. It sucked big time when a SONIC was slated for the area across from Natomas Marketplace but never materialized the the project along with TGIF were scrapped. I come to this Woodland location usually and rarely hit up the Roseville spot inside a gas station. Slushes are usually ½ price between 2 – 4 and desserts on sale from 8 pm to close in the summer. Not sure if all seasons, but summer for sure. I dig this spot for a fast food fix on occasion. I def. can recommend Sonic!

Sigh… Sonic, you are woefully understaffed. It’s not secret that it takes a long time to get your food at Sonic… But 40 minutes and still no small shake and a water is really just beyond conceivable at a fast food place. Like the food but if you’re not the only person here and you’re in a hurry it would be a good idea to head on out somewhere else. When the shake finally came out, I kid you not, 50 minutes later(after went back to the order speaker which I should have done before) it was a melted mess. It took all of two minutes for them to make a new one at least. I really want to like sonic and I’ve enjoyed my trips here during the day when there are not a lot of folks around but it’s just so horribly unpredictable.

It’s more of a 3.5 review, but that’s pretty good for a dingy little fast food place. The environment isn’t great. It’s not a 5 course stellar meal in which you bring a date(although I did), but it’s kind of fun. How can you not love the really sketchy people loitering on the tables smoking or the two people getting arrested behind the drive in? The milkshakes and master blasts are heart attacks and diabetes combined into one. Get a mini and be satisfied with that because everything else literally is 100−200% the daily amount of sugar and saturated fat. A little scary. This is one case where ignorance is not bliss, but diabetes in a cup. The slush was okay, I liked my diet limeade though. The cookie dough blast was super sweet, but still quite good. Service wasn’t bad for us. The ordering machines are a bit sketchy, but I wasn’t expecting stellar service from them. Having someone come out on rollerblades is entertaining in itself. They did mess up our cookie dough blast with a banana split, not sure how that got mixed up on the intercom, but they switched it out in a relatively quick paced manner. Overall an okay experience. The food brings back memories and while it’s not the best it’s definitely not the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ok breakfast on the way out of town. Had to wait in the drive thru while the cashier had to talk to the car in front of me about their social life

So many great places to eat in Woodland — this isn’t one of them. Drive thru takes forever, literally ¾ of the times we’ve come here the order has been wrong, and the food was far from stellar. Not bad, just mediocre and with all the great places to grab a bite to eat why put up with poor service?

Filth, you have a name, and it is Sonic. I was in Woodland to do some shoe shopping for my twin 3-year olds. They wanted grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. I was going to try to find a diner, but I decided to give Sonic a try. Mistake! Cons: — Something is up with their intercom system. Whenever the cashier spoke, the volume went to 11 and it was half static(«would you like KRRAFRBRRDRAAK with that?») At first I thought it was just my ordering station, but I heard the same from two or three others. — The bathrooms look like something you’d find at a Tijuana truck stop(dirty, vent cover missing, urinal covered with a plastic bag, no toilet paper). I wanted to douse the kids in rubbing alcohol after taking them in there. — The patio furniture has seen better days(paint peeling, dried on food). — Flies were everywhere, mostly emanating from one particular trash can. — A general aura of being ridden hard and put away greasy. Pros: — Service was quick and reasonably friendly. — Prices are fine. — The food is about what you’d expect for a fast food joint – not great, not awful. The few positives don’t make up for the glaring negatives. I don’t know if this place is struggling or if management just doesn’t give a damn, but I won’t return(at least not without a mazmat suit).

My girlfriend and I have a tradition where we have to go to a Sonic’s every Easter and gorge ourselves until failure. I am a pretty healthy dude, as this is pretty much the only day in the year where I legitimately make a meal out of fast food. However, as the 4th year of dining at Sonic’s approached today, I have realized that this is a baaad place . Here are some key pointers that I have amassed during my yearly visit to Sonics 1. Anything and Everything off their food menu is terrible. I wouldn’t feed their food to my dogs. If you want food at Sonic’s get the tater tots or onion rings. 2. Try not to look at the calories next to the food. Doing so will result in depression 3. Cream slushes aren’t that good. They are like some kind of milkshake/slurpee bastard child 4. Don’t come here looking for a cheap meal. The price you will pay will pretty much always cost you more than an outing at In-N-Out. All in all, it’s the little things that make a relationship— I just wish we could have done this somewhere else!
