I would give no stars if I could… My family arrived here and ordered some breakfast, my kids were very hungry and ready to eat. After we ordered, a huge family came in after and ordered. Fast forward to almost 30 minutes later… We still have no food. The large family has been served and the female employee Alia was her name, I think, just told my husband that she gave the drive thru customers our order because they are a priority. I walked up and asked for our money back and this same employee tells me to wait for our biscuits to finish cooking. Thankfully a more competent employee was able to understand our frustration and refunded us. Thanks for nothing Carl’s Jr. Just another reason why we shouldn’t support«fast food» chains.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. After I got home, I noticed that my french fries were not in the bag. I ordered a $ 6.00 burger combo medium size. i also ordered a Big burger and criss-cut fries. The criss-cut fries were in the bag, but not the regular fries. I called the phone number on the receipt to complain, but it is a fax number, so there is no way to get in touch with the manager unless i drive the 3 miles back to the restaurant. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this store. I hope the owner is reading this message. TRAIN your employees!!! I am pissed ! Restaurant # 1100417 Date 12/16/2015 Time 5:32:51 pm Order # 287220 Total cost $ 14.25

WORSTCARL’s EVER!!! The server was rude and didn’t listen to our order. She got everything wrong. Plus we waited for 15 minutes in the drivethru for a cheesecake, a drink, a kids cheeseburger(which was horrible) meal and chicken nuggets that we didn’t even get! I will never ever come back!

The Carl’s is decent fast food. It is like any other Carl’s location. I really like their Jalapeño Burger and find that eating it(or any other burger here) is huge enough to be a full meal on its own. I have only had Green Burrito once, here, and it was NASTY. I got the carne asada combo. For $ 7.50, I got: –stale tortilla chips –a miserable little lump of rice that looked like dried spackling paste –a NASTY burrito with bad guac that is not sitting well in my stomach right now –refried beans that are decent, but beans are pretty tough to mess up Please note that this review is written by a person who likes Taco Bell. That’s how bad the quality of the food was.

Was forced to come here for lunch. I’ve been eating wayyyy to much fast food this week. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich is tasted just like a McChicken from McDonalds. Also tried some of the Santa Fe turkey sandwich here with guacamole. Which is definitely good. Overall, good experience here. Finally had my first Carls jr. burger.

It is what it is. It’s near my work and I’m partial to Western Bacon Cheeseburgers. So far good service So I will keep going.

First let me say that in the past, I have worked in the fast food industry for DECADES. I *always* understand where the employees are coming from. I almost absolutely never complain or hassle them because I’ve had to handle so many jerks on their side of the counter before, I know their pain. BUT — this place went far and beyond the call of duty to do the complete OPPOSITE of good customer service that not only did it take me 2 days to cool down to even contact them about it(because they failed to contact ME as they said that they would do), but I still haven’t gotten my refund. Not only did the order taker get my order incorrect on every level you can get it incorrect — and it took me 2 – 3 minutes to just order 2 famous stars with cheese, no catsup or special sauce, add mayo(simple enough don’t you think?) as we left thee drive thru my passenger bit into his to find — you guessed it — catsup and special sauce. Now see I have an allergy to things in catsup –so that means I can’t eat special sauce either. Once it’s on a burger, it’s contaminated even washing the stuff off isn’t wise. So I IMMEDIATELY went straight back to the drive thru to get what I had actually ordered … only now they appeared to be refusing to acknowledge that I was at the order screen. After waiting about 7 – 9 minutes, I drove to the window to see if I could get their attention and saw that the window was too high — so I circled around AGAIN to the order screen to trigger the buzzer again. Still nothing. after about 2 minutes — they start turning out the lights. Soon after, the drive thru lady comes out the front door with food in her hands and I tell her that hey we’ve been sitting here for a while now and that I wanted to return the food because the order was wrong. She is at the door, no where NEAR me or the food and she shakes her head no and says«No». I am in total disbelief and so I say, um yes, it’s wrong, and I’d like the right food please. She continues to shake her head no and tells me no, the food is how I ordered it. How she can say this when there is red nasty goo all over the burgers and NO mayo at all I have NO idea, and besides she isn’t looking at the food as she hasn’t approached the car at all. So I say look I repeatedly had to correct you when you were taking my order, so you really aren’t the person that I’d trust would know if the food is not what I ordered, so you know here is the food, and we just want what we ordered, we never left and have been waiting here for a while already. And then she actually started arguing that we had not been waiting at all! Unbelievable! So I just finally said you know what, just give me a refund, fine, I don’t care, I’ll just eat somewhere else. So I drove to the window so that I could get my money back. What happens is, she turns off ALL the lights, walks over to the drive thru window, LOCKS it, and walks away! Without saying a WORD to us. After about 2 minutes she comes back and then tells me not only can they not remake my food because they are closed, but they cannot give me my money back because the register is closed. And no, they can’t put it back on my card. And they made me give them back the receipt! But we did get a picture of it with our phone for documentation. We also had to leave my name and phone number for the manager to call me the next day. Which, of course, never happened. So today … I will be calling them, 2 days after the fact. I can’t believe no one has bothered to actually contact me. Not only will I never eat there again(gods knows what might be done to my food for daring to be a squeaky wheel) I refuse to give money to an establishment that has such horrid customer service. The fact that I had to go home without having dinner because they couldn’t get the order right on any level and refused to remake it or refund my money so I could get something to eat elsewhere(hey payday wasn’t until today and money is tight right before payday, know what I mean?) and then not CALLME back about it shows how little they seem to care about their customers. I think how they handled this was absolutely is wretched. I could have eaten at McDonald’s or Sonic and would have had a PLEASANT experience *as well* as actual food that I could actually EAT. And you know, from now on … I think that I just might do exactly that.
