This review is about the T-Mobile store near Sears. I came to this location in December to replace my old phone. The sales rep told me about a promo for FREE LG tablets. I didn’t need one, but who passes up a free device, especially when the new plan is supposed to be maybe $ 10 more? Well, I get my bill and Im being charged for the «free» tablet, and my bill is really $ 40 extra. I’m highly disappointed in the false advertisement, especially because I was against the tablet in the first place, but he insisted because it was «free»! I’ve been with T-Mobile since 2005, and now I’m debating on whether or not I should stay. I will be going there to talk to them, but this experience needed to be shared.
