Horrible service and the manager is of no help at all in making decisions. Also the manager would not let me speak to whoever his boss is, stated there is «no one above him.» I am switching from AT&T to Verizon because of the horrible customer services I had at this store and I have been a AT&T customer for 10 years.

Overly crowded, poor customer service, the employees aren’t in uniform so hard to distinguish from a shopper. Bobby. You are a MORON. I came in to exchange a case, an att exclusive brand case(moshi) it was still in box I had it less than 24 hours. He couldn’t even recite his own exchange policy. I have no receipt, he wanted a digital receipt even after giving him my number he couldn’t find it. One of his co-workers said«maybe she stole it? «are you KIDDINGME?! Maybe it’s unfortunate you work this hourly wage job. Then he wanted my I. D, PLEASETELLMEHOWCANYOUPROVE A PURCHASEMADEBYCASHWITHAN I. D ??? I’d rather you just admit to not being capable of fulfilling your duties as an employee. Oh & did I steal the shopping bag too?

service at the store is fine. My review is with customer service on the phone. I purchased a plan for a vacation. I understood I could use my phone with att passport plan while traveling on a cruise ship. After receiving a bill for $ 488 I contacted customer service who advised me the notes said I was told not to use the phone on the ship. Why would I purchase that plan? I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and I am looking into other carriers now.

This is by far one of the worst AT&T stores I’ve ever been too. I went to the store yesterday to get a new phone. I currently had the next plan but I had done research and knew that I was eligible for an upgrade. When I got to the store I was assisted by Devin(I believe). At that time, he stated that for me to upgrade my phone I would have to pay off the remaining balance on my phone and also trade my phone in. I didn’t understand why this is would be especially since I had visited a different AT&T store recently and they told me that I was able to get a new phone by just trading my phone in. Devin, called the manager, Ana, over when she explained the same scenario. I left the store really upset, and decided to visit the AT&T store in Menlo Park Mall(right down the street) in which I was helped by Raymond and Patrick. After looking at my account, it clearly showed in the system that my account was eligible for an upgrade by simply trading my phone in. I was just elated! I found it important to call the Woodbridge AT&T to notify them of there mistake so that they could correct it in the future. When I called, I spoke to Ana and the explained the situation and expressed the importance of them being more detail oriented. I was polite; I didn’t even raise my voice. Instead of Ana taking the constructive criticism, she hung up on me. And Ana is the manager. Honestly, if you want superb service, go to the Menlo Park Mall AT&T location. They are nice, professional, and all around great people. Avoid Woodbridge if you can.
