The first time that I found the Jewelry by design it was about 5 years ago. From that moment it converts to my favorite jewelry location. I have made here plenty of appraisals, repairs, trades and purchases. I love their high-​end brand jewelry especially Hearts On Fire. I’m also happy that they have estate section and you can acquire nice vintage or estate piece of jewelry at a great price! I’m satisfied with the polite and helpful customer service and I always receive personalized attention. Jewelry by design is a real gem among the jewelry business!

Love this store! Every time I come in the sales associates are always so friendly and helpful. The sales floor is always clean and organized, which is something I really appreciate when I am out shopping!
I highly recommend shopping here, they definitely made my holiday shopping easy and stress free.

Very nice customer service and a very nice atmosphere. I was happy I came here and have had several services provided, including jewelry repair, watch alteration, and appraisals. They have a very knowledgeable staff able to provide you with whatever you need.

Sales person couldn’t answer questions regarding the various metals used to make the jewelry. When she asked another associate for help the lady repeated what the first one said so i was not getting anywhere. They both thought that since they said the same thing all was good. Obviously they were trained the same. So i left. I could not see buying a diamond from one of them. I would not go back to even let them clean my own jewelry.

Resized a ring for me. They did a great job, but a bit pricey. I was overall happy with my ring. Looked brand new.

Jumping on the 5 star bandwagon!!! My fiancé and I stopped in at JBD and were dishonest about why we were there. We thought we’d found our perfect rings online and were too impatient to wait for the free sizing kit to arrive, so we decided to go in to a jewelry store to «shop» for rings. In thinking back, I realize how wrong that was. We looked around to see if they had rings similar to those we’d already found. We wanted to show ourselves how smart we were to get such a great deal online. That’s not exactly how it went.
We were greeted by Marilyn and she was so pleasant and so helpful without a bit of pressure, that we found ourselves seriously looking at rings there. She seemed to have a sense of what we’d like that would be within our unspoken price range. She brought out a beautiful ring that I said would probably be perfect if it had a blue sapphire in the center. She said «we can do that. «I’m imaginative, but I hesitated because I just wasn’t sure without seeing. She went into the back to see if they had a sapphire that would work so I could see, but they didn’t. THEN she goes on this mad hunt for a blue marker. She used a combination of black and electric blue marker to color the stone. THAT is when she made the sale. For the price of JUST the ring we were going to purchase for me online (the one that I couldn’t see and touch until AFTER we’d paid and waited for it to arrive) we were able to purchase my sapphire and diamond ring, a diamond band to go with it, a very cool and interesting wedding band for my fiancé AND the lifetime warranty. It wasn’t until they started rolling out the carts to put things away for closing that I realized we’d been there for about 2.5 hours. Marilyn was amazing and from what I saw while I was there, these people pride themselves on customer service. I can’t wait to get our rings!

I have always been a fan of Jewelry By Design. Everyone that works there seems to enjoy what they do. On the weekends you typically have a bit of a wait, but they fill that with snacks, coffee, water, mimosa’s. yes mimosa’s. I believe to receive a fair price every time. The woman that I purchased a ring from 8 years ago still works there and she recognized me! I was even tickled when I checked in on Unilocal i received a free glass beaded bracelet.

Didn’t even know this place was here. Great find for replacing watch batteries and only $ 10. I waited a max of ten minutes and service was fantastic. They have a full time watch maker on staff as well.

Went in to purchase an engagement ring. Pam helped with the entire process and was fantastic! She showed me all different options and did not appear upset or judgemental when I choose the cheaper (also smaller) option. It was very nice to have such fantastic service on such an important purchase.

Went in for three watch repairs. Every thing was done while I was there. Dan was great.

Where do I begin! Jewelry By Design went above and beyond for my fiancé and I! After buying an egagement ring from a Helzberg (in the mall) we had it appraised at Jewelry By Design. Our ring from Helzberg appraised for $ 4,000 less than my fiancé paid for it — we were out raged and crushed because I had fallen in love with the ring. Elroy, JBD’s appraiser is top of his field so we fully trusted his professional appraisal. After returning the diamond to Helzberg we went STRAIGHT back to Jewelry By Design to look at new diamonds, Pam helped us from the start and make me feel so much better about being scammed by Helzberg. She walked me though every detail of the diamonds in our price range and really took her time to make sure we were happy with what we picked. Because of our experience with Helzberg the owner of Jewelry By Design made a special acceptation to include my entire ring under their care/​warranty program (which they didn’t have to do since the setting was purchased from a different store). I was blown away by the professionalism of the entire staff. From start to finish of our awful experience Jewelry By Design went above and beyond to turn it around for me! I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone, the experience you will get here can’t be matched by ANY of the chain jewelry stores. This will be the only jewelry store I shop at from now on — they experience was that amazing! Thank you Jewelry By Design, from the bottom of my heart!

I received an unexpected call today that remedied the situation with the price discrepancy that I encountered at my last visit to the store. The store offered to make the price adjustment, which I really appreciated and which really makes me feel more confident about purchases. Jewelry is a specialized discipline and one needs to know that one is working with top-​notch specialists, as well as with people who care.
I will definitely visit the store the next time I am in the area — hoping, as always, to find a unique treasure that I can love, wear and share. Thank you, Jewelry By Design.

Custom custom custom! I was referred to Jewelry By Design and the owner Jenny Caro by a friend of mine almost five years ago before my wedding. I needed a wedding band and new that I wanted a custom job. I knew exactly what I wanted in my head but Jenny helped me bring it to life.
She also introduced me to world of estate diamonds… let me see a «used» diamond at a fraction of the price. Who knew! I will never buy diamonds full price again! (Not that I buy diamonds on a regular basis!) The band came out beautifully! They offered free engraving which I took advantage of. One of the reasons it is only four stars vs. five is the engraving is crooked. It makes my ring unique sure enough but is a little hard to read at the end.
The second reason it only received four stars is about two weeks after I got married a stone fell out of the setting. Luckily I found it and Jenny was great about re-​setting it and checking all the prongs. Four years later I have had no issues. I still periodically take it in for cleanings and everyone is always friendly and eager to help.
P. S. If you follow them on Facebook they do a twelve days of Christmas giveaway each holiday time. Two years ago I won a necklace worth almost $ 1,000!

Had them take my concept and make a design. Turned out better than I could have hoped for. Great staff and real artisans.

Pros: Superb customer service, as verified by its heavy traffic flow. Associates really try to get to know the customer so as to better personalize the jewelry. Excellent selection as well.

Jewelry By Design gets my highest recommendation! I’ve been a customer for years and years. Jenny and the staff are great to work with and make everyone feel welcome. Every visit is a blessing and they will do everything they can to help find just the right item in the right price range.
