This hotel never disappoints. Every time I am in the area this is my go to hotel. The rooms are spotless and fresh. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The workout room is well equipped with latest equipment. The pool is small but serves its purpose. The continental breakfast is plentiful and free and includes eggs and sausage. The rates are very reasonable and the value for the money is unmatched the hotel just completed its renovation and is inviting I recommend this hotel to all

I stayed here quite a bit when I worked in N. VA on detail. Found the staff nice and polite and generally helpful. They gave me 3 day passes to nearby LA Fitness so I could work out each time I stayed. Once when they messed my reservation up, they gave me a master suite as an apology without excess charge. It was close and convenient to various amenities and where I worked, pretty clean as I remember and comfortable as well with decent breakfast.

Stayed two nights and had a great experience. Great location right off 95 across the street from Potomac Mills mall. Staff was extremely friendly and the hot continental breakfast was an awesome bonus.

Would have been a great stay except management did nothing about the dog in the dining area. This hotel has a NOPETSALLOWED policy. Needless to say, it ruined my dining experience. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the hotel staff as well.

I have stayed here before, so I must like it. It’s 25 miles(about) to DC so you are not paying the DC prices, but are close enough. You can get a good rate here. It’s a nice hotel and I’m guessing it is an older property. It is very well-kept with a friendly staff. The bathroom(toilet and tub) was small, and the sink was outside of the tub and toilet. Beds were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of good eats. There’s free wi-fi and free parking. There are a lot of restaurants and stores on the street with this hotel, so you won’t go hungry. It’s all good. No complaints

From the outside this motel isn’t much to look at, sandwiched behind a gas station and in front of a u-store-it lot. Inside, the public areas such as the breakfast room and corridors feel cramped. Sleeping rooms are fairly standard, with modern and comfortable furniture. Décor is a bit tacky– colors look like they’re from a 1970s TV show. The big knock I have against this motel, aside from its cramped location, is that it’s usually the same price as the nicer Marriott Courtyard a few blocks away. I stayed at the Fairfield on this trip because family members were excited about the free continental breakfast. When it’s just me, I prefer the nicer rooms at the Courtyard even though it means I don’t get a free bagel and juice in the morning.

Stayed there for a quick overnight trip to Dale City. Unfortunately, that trip started with a Red Eye flight from California, so we landed at Dulles at 6:30 am exhausted and hoping that the hotel would let us check in early. And they did! I’m not sure if it says more about their level of service or lack of guests the night before, but we were checked in at 8:30 and fast asleep for a nap within a half hour or so. The room was pretty comfortable. The colors were garish(orange & green), but the bed was that correct balance of soft & hard. The bathroom was a bit small(the sink area was really small!), but I’d personally rather have the room around the bed. And Free Wi-Fi. That’s hard to beat.
