This hotel was my «home» for 20 days(between old and new house.) The staff is wonderful and the room was very clean and nice. The location is right off of 95(behind a couple of food places.) No highway noise at all.

My daughter threw up on the bed. I called the front desk and explained what happened. I was given a snotty attitude and told that housekeeping is gone for the day and she’s busy checking in other guests so she’ll call me back. She couldn’t have been more rude. I asked if she was telling me that they will not change the sheets and she very rudely told me that if housekeeping was gone we would not be able to get new sheets. My husband went to the front and went with them to the laundry room and they threw him a ball of misc sheets, most twin size. We finally found a sheet and an ugly old blanket. Rude and unorganized with an «ef you, do it yourself attitude». All this comes after we were put here from the Marriott Springhill next door because there was a putrid smelling, disgusting amount of mold under the peeling wallpaper by the bed. I am shocked that they tried to put anyone in that room. It’s a health hazard. Lately, Marriott has really been going downhill. We’ve had a lot of bad experiences.

Why 5 stars? I have never been exposed to a more friendly staff. Everyone wants to help you. Near a large shopping center and plenty of good food nearby.

Exceptionally nice concierge, very clean rooms, and a good location if you’re in the Potomac Mills area. The only reason I reduce a star is because our non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked, as did the room we switched to when we complained.

Other than the location being weird to get to and not iPhone map friendly, I liked this hotel a lot. The service was friendly. My king room was realllly comfortable — was roomy, modernly decorated, included free Wi-Fi, had a refrigerator, and also had Paul Mitchell toiletries. I’d definitely stay again. My only gripe was that I could hear the kids next door(thought they were in the hallway) all night and morning. Wish sound were better buffered.

Surprisingly big rooms, an exercise center and comfy beds. A nice surprise when you’re traveling and exhausted. There’s also a restaurant at this location but there’s lots of restaurants nearby too.

Large, comfy room. Bed & pillows were wonderful. Breakfast buffet is $ 8.99& the ONLY thing differentiating it from every other continental brkfst was bacon and sausage & biscuits. We were awoken the next morning around 5am by an alarm in the adjoining room and after 15min I called the front desk. They did enter the room to shut it of after verifying it was unoccupied, called me back(which I was not expecting, I just wanted to go back to sleep) and offered us free breakfast. Staff from check in to check out was terrific to include making us a booking at FairField Inn & Suites Marriott, in Williamsburg. Due to Hurricane Sandy we needed to rearrange some vacation plans. Offers Military &AAA discounts. Have a nice bar/lounge. Centrally located to lots of shopping. See review on Fairfield Inn(2 stars)

I’ve stayed here a few times, both for business and leisure. This hotel is pretty much what you expect from the Marriott Courtyard brand: clean and comfortable with upscale touches and professional service. It’s a little nicer than most others in the brand because the building is relatively new. It’s tucked away in a quiet corner of a shopping plaza, close to food, stores, and I-95. My one grumble about this hotel is that it’s too expensive for being far out in the ‘burbs. It’s something about Woodbridge/Dale City– all the hotels here are more expensive than comparable properties in Springfield, Fairfax, Alexandria, etc. I do not recommend staying in Woodbridge unless you actually have business in Woodbridge.
