We just ordered two turkey subs and a cheese breadsticks with extra sauce. We got 2 turkey subs with no tomatoes, lettuce or bacon that we had asked for and the breadsticks did not have any sauce. We called the manager «Chris» and he resent the order which was AGAIN wrong, they left out pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. We called back and he did not believe it, he said «I watched my grill cook make the sandwiches.» When we insisted they were still wrong he refused to credit the $ back to our card and said he would «add a credit for next time.» This is completely unacceptable! Save yourself and don’t waste your time or money trying to get a quick bite at this place! It’s not worth it!

Getting pizza from a chain is usually a bad idea, but Papa Gino’s has always been the exception to that rule. It’s a shame that you can find Domino’s and Papa John’s in the city, but you have to go out to the suburbs to get Papa Gino’s. I wish there was a location in Boston or Cambridge.
This is the location that’s closest to me so I head out to this one the most, and the food and service are both good here. Once I ordered a two-​slice special and had three slices brought out to me because the guy thought the first two slices were kind of small. This is really the best fast food option.
