My favorite place for a pedicure! The staff is so friendly; they always take their time and do a great job no matter how busy they are. They offer a selection of different pedicures but the cucumber pedicure is my favorite :) I have been here at least once a month since I moved to the area!

I just moved to Winter Springs and relied on Unilocal for my new salon. Luna Nails did not disappoint, although it was off the beaten path for me. I was able to get right in. The owner greeted me warmly, and there was very little foreign language chatter that makes me feel uncomfortable. I chose to have an eyebrow wax and a deluxe spa pedicure. The waxing and pedicure were wonderful (thank you, Annie!), but the spa chair had seen better days. The water didn’t bubble or circulate, and the massage chair was barely felt. BUT … looking around, it was VERY clean. Compared to my former salon in Orlando, it is about $ 10 more expensive butI think that it is going to be worth it as cleanliness is critically important for me. I was shocked when I was given a nice box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates as a Christmas thank you — and this was my first time visiting! That tells me that they want me to return. And I will.

In my opinion, Luna is the best nail salon in the Orlando area.
For quite a while I found myself hopping from nail salon to nail salon trying to find one I liked. Every new place I tried either had terrible customer service (rude staff) or did mediocre work, or a combination of the two. After a while I started to just accept that this was the way things were with nail salons, and I was never really going to feel like I got a good value for my money.
I was talking to a coworker about my recent nail woes one day and she recommended Luna — gave them rave reviews. So I decided to check the place out. And wow! Seriously… wow!
1. The staff is awesome. The owner is so friendly — will always great you the second you walk through the door. And he remembers the regulars and really makes an effort to get to know you. I never got that at other nail salons. No matter how often I was there I seemed to get the cold shoulder. Not so at Luna. The rest of the staff follows suit. The atmosphere is so pleasant and you feel like a family friend. They even give gifts to customers around Christmas. Last I was given a full-​sized bottle of wine. This year they presented me with a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Just amazed at how these people go above and beyond for their customers. Stellar!
2. They do amazing work! The best pedicure of any place I had been previously. They even give you a mini hot stone massage on your feet. And the price isn’t any more expensive than other nail salons. Actually, there were a little cheaper than some of the other places I had been. And you get a great pedicure for your dollars. Truly a great value.
I used to live in the Winter Springs area. Recently I moved closer to downtown so I’m no longer as close to Luna. I tried a few of the nail salons over in my new area of town to see if I could find somewhere just as great and not have to make the longer drive. No luck. There is no where like Luna. So I make the drive to Winter Springs to get my nails done. And you know what? It’s so worth it.

I went to Luna Nails for the first time on Saturday for a Manicure/​Pedicure. The facility was clean and I was welcomed when I arrived for my appointment. I was asked to sit at one of the nail techs chairs. The nail tech was very pleasant. She spoke very little English but understood when I spoke. Overall the visit was average. I would have preferred to have my pedicure done first while soaking my nails. Because they did the manicure first she had to file the tops of my nails to remove the gel. I feel this weakens the nails vs soaking them. She did a very nice job in paining them but I don’t believe she did a great job cleaning the cuticles. The pedicure was okay, not the best I have had and by far, not the worst. I wanted a design on my toes but after 2 attempts I asked her to paint them and we would forgo the design. Would I go there again, maybe. Is it my facility of choice, unfortunately no.

Love this nail salon! Everyone is always very friendly and I’m always pleased with my manicure or pedicure. I’ve tried many in the area but have been coming here only since my first visit a year or so ago. The owners are awesome!

The owners are very nice even though I do not go very often. I used to go for getting my nails done but now I usually go to get my eyebrows done and they do a nice job.

We love this salon! My daughters and I go here. The owner is so friendly and remembers you by name even if it’s been awhile. Tony is especially good and my daughters ask for him every time! They are friendly and professional. My pedicures are very good quality and relaxing. Aaaahhhh!

Great place! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon since I moved here 2 years ago. Wish I’d been here earlier! I just left w pretty toes, no hangnails, a kit to take home for interim use and to bring back with me, and a loyalty rewards card. I couldn’t be happier.

They are fantastic! They use clean instruments fresh out of the package! We are always greeted at the door and by name! The owners live in the neighborhood and take great pride in servicing their neighbors with professionalism and friendship at the same time! Totally friendly and a wonderful neighborhood salon! I have a feeling the negative reviews below are the unfriendly competition!

Not even hello how are you, rude people and last time I got a pedicure it was short and not so good.
