Iv been going here for a few years now. I ONLY let Rachael there do my nails! Iv had the one guy who works there do my gel and he messed it up! Rachael is so nice and speaks perfect english. She does awesome pedi and Gel mani. She is also great with kids. I love this place only for Rachael. The other staff isnt as great as she is. If you go make sure you ask for Rachael.

My sister took me here since she is diabetic and has to protect her feet. Its a fun experience and so much easier than doing them yourself. I’ve tried the acrylic gel polish and it really lasts a long time, several weeks. They did my toenails with regular polish since your toenails don’t grow as quickly. The full pedicure has a foot soak and scrub and lotion treatment. They clean off your nail polish, clip your toenails, work the edges, remove any dry skin on your feet and leave you relaxed with your skin tingling. Then they apply the polish and have you set under a dryer. Pedicure with a manicure costs a little more. You get to pick your polish and any add-ons like flowers, the French style, clear with a white tip on the end is quite popular. I’ve never waited long even without an appointment. They keep the store clean and the staff is quite friendly.

Went here only because I was out of the area of my normal nail salon. This is the nail salon my bf’s mother uses so I thought it would be good. NO! I went in asking for Gelish Nail Polish Nails, change my toenail polish and an eye brow wax. I started off with one girl, then got switched off to whom I believed to be the owner after speaking with my bf’s mom about my experience(wears a LOVE vertically spelled charm necklace), not sure of her name. My normal place wraps my nails in tin foil to help take off the prior polish. She does my toes and messes up my right big toe, she repaints it then tells me she will put clear top coat over in a minute after it dries as she proceeds to do my fingernails. She complimented me on my nails then asked if I lived around there, I did not, said no and I think that is where my trouble began as she did not see me as a repeat customer. I asked her to please paint my entire nail and do not leave the sides unpolished(I hate when nail salons try to do that!!) I chose a purple color(#51) for Halloween. I asked her if she did nail art to draw a spider, she said no. just«no». She paints my nails with the purple in two layers, it is obvious that it is not covering enough and there are light and dark uneven areas on my nails. I ask her to please paint another coat. With an attitude she does so. She proceeds to try to make it look like she is trying to get the excess polish off of the sides of my fingers and tells me it is hard to paint my nails because they are so curved.(I have been getting the Gelish Polish done for 6 months and its never been a problem for anyone else) I check her work and she gets mad at me and tells me that the polish is running because it dries quickly and I am not putting my hand in the UV machine quickly enough.(WHAT!!!) She says to me «Can you help me PLEASE?!» So she is blaming me for her careless work! By the time I was done, some of my nails were not painted on the sides, some were not evenly painted, you could see where she just put the last clear coat on the top of my nail and not the sides and there were some fingers that the polish was on the skin and overlapping. Not to mention that she never put the top coat on my right big toe(it looks all dull now). I couldn’t take anymore and I was done. I walked up to the front, she asks me about my eye brow wax, I say No, how much for this? She says $ 28. I said $ 28!!! Now to me, that is cheaper than my place… but of course she is thinking I meant it was expensive and proceeds to give me the checklist of services and costs, $ 20 for the Gelish nails and $ 8 for the toe polish change. I said no, I think that’s cheap! But now I know why! No wonder she had an attitude for me asking to paint another coat, she didn’t think it was worth her time or the cost of the polish for their price. I normally pay $ 59 for my gelish nails w/nail art, a toe nail polish change and an eye brow wax at my nail salon. THEN I give the girl a $ 11 tip. And it is not a fancy salon. Its a regular shopping plaza nail place, they just do excellent work! I did give her a $ 5 tip. I considered leaving her with nothing. I really did. But my own moral compass would not allow me to not leave anything. I know she could have gotten more from me but she did not earn it. Bottom line is I wish I had just waited to go to my normal salon. My nails look like crap and I could have done a better job myself. I thing this place should up their prices and their quality of service as well as their customer service. The pedicure chair bases were gross looking like they don’t clean them. I would never go back to this place. I encouraged my bf’s mom to try my normal place to see the difference of quality. I hope she does, because this place does not deserve the $ 20 they charge for the Gelish nails!!! Don’t go here!

I’ve been going here for the past 4 years and have always been pleased with the employees and service here. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly and speak English, and they have a good selection of polishes and magazines from which you can choose. I usually get a pedicure, which runs about $ 25 with a tip, so it’s a one-in-awhile treat. My toes are always impeccable, and the items are sanitized, though I’m unsure of how thoroughly. Compared to some other places I’ve looked at though, they do clean the areas and tools enough to where I’m comfortable. There’s pretty much no ambiance here, so if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience I suggest going elsewhere. However if you’re looking for a quick place to get your nails done, this is a good spot. Walk-ins are welcome, though sometimes there’s a wait. The longest wait I’ve had was about 25 minutes, but that was during prom season or something.
