This is a salon that fires excellent stylists at a moments notice with angry outbursts — stylists with 25 years of respected experience. If I were you, I’d stay miles away from this place.

Our teenager has had several haircuts where the stylist didn’t really listen. We went to iHair for the first time Sunday ( Unilocal has not updated their hours, they are open Sunday’s!), and Yvonne was the stylist. Our teen said it was the best experience he has ever had! Yvonne really listened and worked with him and he could not have been happier!
Check out their website for accurate info and services. This place is a hidden gem and the owners are extremely nice and attentive. And the great prices as well! We highly recommend iHair and will be coming back!

I recently had a appoitment to ihair in Winter Springs to have my hair done by Trina. Being that I love this plaza I was excited to visit this salon.
Upon arriving I was greeted and asked to have a seat. The salon has a pleasant and welcoming feel to it. Everyone was nice that I encountered. They also have coffee up front and I believe pastries as I have heard. The art work on the wall is a great addition to the feel of the salon.
I also had a visit to the bathroom… It was so nice! The artwork again was great and it was very clean and smelled awesome!
Trina was a great hair stylist. She did a awesome job on my highlights, I have received so many amazing compliments. She didn’t waste your time, she did everything in a timely matter and told you things you needed to know.
I will defiantly be back to see Trina and the salon!

Like the location but haven’t found a stylist I really love. It’s a chance when you don’t know who’ll you get so It’d be great to have specials for all stylists instead of just some. Last I checked haircut was $ 30. Hope I click with someone there!

I just got my hair cut and styled by Sam! She did an amazing job, very personable. Great to talk to! :) the environment was very relaxing and quiet. I was very nervous for my haircut. I wanted to get bangs after not having them for 5 years. She eased my nerves and worked very hard to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Great meeting you Sam! I would recommend her for your next cut and style! :)

Very happy to find a place that offers eyebrow threading in the area. I actually stumbled upon it thankfully because of groupon — gel nail promo. The nail tech Denise rocks!

I first saw iHair at the Winter Springs Festival of the Arts, where they were giving away complimentary services as prizes on a spinning wheel. I won a Deep Conditioning Treatment; which my hair was in desperate need of after being at the mercy of my flat-​iron and the Florida sun.
It was easy to set up an appointment. Amy Schultz (bless her heart), my stylist was super patient with me since I’d had to reschedule my appointment several times.
The salon was easy to find. They had a front and back entrance; the back faced 434 and had limited parking, so I definitely recommend parking in the inner parking lot and go in that way. Inside, the waiting area was comfortable and had a beverage bar which I thought was a nice touch. The décor was pretty, a little unmemorable, but very professional, neat, and clean — it had an upscale kind of feeling as well. No receptionist at the front desk, so it was a little confusing when I arrived, but after I sat down, someone came and greeted me.
They didn’t have a menu/​list of services/​price list anywhere either, which I can see as being a turn-​off for other potential clients. Amy informed me that that’s because the stylists work independently (it’s essentially a booth rental) and some may offer services that others don’t. Prices seem reasonable though — with a wet cut being around $ 30 to $ 35 and a wet cut w/​blow dry around $ 40; and they do offer a comprehensive range of services as well (cut, color, perm, conditioning, etc.).
Onto my appointment; my deep-​conditioning was great! I love having my hair washed at the salon and the mini-​scalp massage felt awesome. It was a fairly simple treatment — wash hair, apply conditioning mask (smelled awesome), sit under heater, rinse, and blow dry. While under the heater, I definitely utilized their free wi-​fi (ask for the password). Afterwards, my hair felt amazing; it was shiny, healthy, and soft.
All in all, I would recommend you try out this salon if you live in the area and I’ll definitely be back to see Amy again for my hair needs.
