The service was ok. They have a huge selection of fabrics and craft supplies. I was able to find what I needed on the clearence table. The staff seemed to be in their own world and I had to approach them if I needed help.

The employees are very helpful here and personable. It would be nice if there were one or two more on the floor, but I understand the need to keep costs down. The employees that are there work their buns off doing every job there is. At different points in my shopping trip I’ve had the same lady help me find my fabric, cut my fabric and check me out. She also let me use a store coupon because I had forgotten mine :)
If I’m not in a rush I usually end up chatting with the hens around the cutting table. It’s a great place to give and get advice and hear what people are making. It’s always interesting to me what and why they’re making them.
The cutting ladies are always knowledgable about what needles to use with what fabrics and if the fabric I’m choosing is the best weight for what I’m making. I like it here.
