Best shoe repair I have had in years. Owner of the business is skilled at this craft. Not many people in town that can do this type of quality work. He stands behind what he does and told me if I was not 100% happy he would refund my money. Thanks for caring!

The cuff snaps on one sleeve of my leather jacket came out. Brent, s repaired the snaps while I waited. This is a great shop with great service.

I had a pair of leather flats with a small heel and boots that both needed repair. I decided to try out Brent’s because of his glowing reviews on Unilocal and because he is close to where I am working for the week.
Getting to the shop can be a little difficult because he is in the back corner of the shopping center down a blind alley. I added some photos so you can hopefully get your bearings straight if you are new to his place.
Once there, I found the service was excellent. The owner is a very kind, easy going person who is very approachable. Upon looking at my shoes, he honestly let me know that the flats probably were not worth saving, unless I really loved them; I really do love those shoes and paid more than I will admit, so I got them repaired. I appreciate that he was honest as to what should be done with the shoes.
The shoes were ready within two days, and he gave some great tips on how to help the shoes last longer — a sign of a craftsman who cares about his profession. For the actual repairs, the shoes look great! My poor defeated flats look good to go for another 50,000 miles (complete with Good Year brand soles). I have tested them out in the rain, and with the new soles my shoes are even more grippy and safe.
Overall, I think this is a great place to get your shoes or other leather products repaired (I saw some nice bags that had been repaired there as well). Brent seems to be a kind owner who is both competent and friendly — a great combo for a shoe repair store.

I’ve been coming to Brent’s for shoe repair for many years. He is always so nice and gets the job done quick for a reasonable price. My whole family uses him as our cobbler and wouldn’t go anywhere else unless he couldn’t help for some reason. He’s the best!

Great shoe repair plus an owner that goes the extra mile for a customer. At Christmas, Brent was able to repair a houseguest’s Ugg boot, while I waited, and did it free of charge! What a generous man ! Will never go anywhere else.
