Food was ready quick. Before I could even get a table. Friendly cashier. Only downside is the relatively small parking lot

This is by far the WORST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. First of all the cashier, Ashly, had a horrible attitude while taking our order. They made us wait for over 10 minutes just to give us cold fries, when I told her they were cold, she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me, rude, I had to ask if she heard me, again, she ignored me and told the manager what I’ve said, NOONE acknowledged the mistake or offered to replace them, at last this young lady, Ashly, threw a bag at the counter saying«there you go» no apologies and/or thank you, fries were undercooked this time, I took my order and left without saying a word because I’m not going to argue over some fries. But I do believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

This place was horrible we ordered tacos and the stuffed jalapeños and go sick for the next three days! That’s horrific either food is sitting out too long or it’s not properly being cooked. BEWAREOFFOODPOISONING!!!

I like that Jack In The Box has breakfast all day and all night. This location in particular has really great customer service. My drive through experience was excellent. I was properly greeted and suggested items from their menu. I usually come to Jack in the box to get their 99 cent tacos for my niece. Will keep coming back whenever I need to make another taco run.

No respect for allergies… Oh and no fork in my prebundled salad accessories packet lol I have frequented this location for many years and experienced some highs and lows in the service provided. Overall I had an average opinion of this Jack In The Box location. Today that changed for the worse. My eating habits have changed. I have been ordering 2 – 4 salads each week from various fast food chains for the past few months with no problems. Today, I thought«I should try their salads.» I am allergic to cucumber. I ordered my salad without cucumber. I looked before I drove away, and I saw none. Great. Its only too bad for them there isn’t enough dressing to cover the salad. I can taste the cucumbers that were picked off the salad before they gave it to me. Thank goodness for me… I’m not even half finished. 10mins after starting to eat the salad, my throat already hurts and feels a bit tight and wheezy. I don’t want to be that jerk who explains and reiterates that there really can’t be any cucumbers in my salad. I don’t want to come off as rude when I don’t mean to and to a person who probably has nothing to do with my prior experience. I have not had this problem anywhere else. I will not be eating there again unless I’m desperately craving those tacos… Addition: there was a hole torn in the plastic bag containing the dressing, croutons and knife. My fork had been taken. Not cool.
