Is this place fancy? No, was it meant to be? No. So if you’re expecting a fancy place this isn’t the place for you, what you should expect from this place is great value, pile of hash browns, 2 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast for $ 10, a new clean and well kept interior and great service. And or corse great bacon

On a road trip and stumbled upon this place. We had breakfast at 7 am. The service was great and the food even better. It is a coffee shop style place but the food was better than any coffee shop.

I went to a near by place that had an hour wait, so I came here. Lucky for me, it was a delightful choice. I was seated immediately, but it wasn’t empty. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Food is good– chicken fried steak was perfectly seasoned and coated. Eggs tasted farm fresh and fluffy. The scoop of gravy I got could have used a bit more sausage, but the flavor was on par. Coffee was kept full. And Ricky– oh Ricky! You must order desert with him! He is a talented gem. You won’t go wrong here. A new neighborhood treasure.

Ordered to go, It was fabulous. Can’t wait to go in for a sit down meal. The owner had original Fireside Café in Healdsburg, it was our favorite breakfast place. Too bad the property owners in Healdsburg are so greedy, I really miss Fireside. SO, I am really looking forward to going to Latitude to restart our weekend breakfast tradition. I hope this time they stay around a long time.

This is a great new addition to Windsor. We only have a couple breakfast joints do it’s nice to have a new place to go to. This is a breakfast lunch and dinner restaurant so my review is specifically for breakfast. The plates are pretty big and the service was on point. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant is very clean too. They have a great children’s menu with a good selection. Their menu has plenty to choose from. I always enjoy a good corn beef hash and usually prefer it from a can so I was s little nervous to try their homemade hash. I’m so glad I did try it because it was amazing. The corn beef hash is a definite must try!!! They have a nice menu for lunch and dinner also with great variety. I will defiantly be back to try more from their menu.

Me & my mom have eaten here at least 7 times. Love it! Wonderful breakfasts. Yumm hashbrowns & my mom always get double. My fave is dinner though. The dinner salad with blue cheese is my fave. I always order one of 2 things. Chicken marsala is great! Lots of Mushrooms & the sauce is divine. It has 2 chicken breasts too. If getting the mashed potatoes always get the gravy on the side or skip it. Not very good imo. The steak is the best steak i have had in a long time. Priced extremely well & its very large & grilled with this smoky crispy flavor. Everyone i am so happy with it! The baked Potatoe with all the extras but the spot. Oh the veggies are still crunchy with a great flavor. You must come try it for yourself!

I stopped giving 1-star reviews b/c I think they’re just kind of mean. That said, I have no reason to go back to Latitude. There is absolutely nothing special about this restaurant. The food quality is sub par, and Service was weird at best. The owner’s son(i assume) must have just woken up because he seemed dazed and a little confused, and it seemed apparent that serving people was not his forte. My daughter, however, did like her pancake very much. What was confusing was that they called it «dollar pancakes» on the menu. Now — close your eyes and see the image in your mind that the term«dollar pancakes» conjures. I see 4 to 6 pancakes, with a diameter of about 3 inches, +/-. What was served were 3 regular-sized pancakes. They were anything but ‘dollar sized’. They were huge. No fruit is served on the side of ANY of the kid’s menu items. But oddly, my eggs benedict came w/fruit. Very sad, over-ripe, unsweet fruit. The eggs benedict was not good enough to finish. The sauce was not hollandaise. It was some kind of cheese sauce. I ordered the fries just to see if I’d like ‘em. I wasn’t crazy about them. All in all, I suppose if people like this restaurant, bonus for them for having a place to get breakfast, lunch and dinner any time of day. But the last thing Windsor needed in this spot was another Denny’s. Kick it up a notch, for crying out loud. Don’t settle on serving mediocre food because you think that’s what Windsor wants.

This was recommended by Hampton inn staff… A very poor choice! This is NOT a steak house!!! Their options are limited. The only thing good is the salad. Clean but empty so you can see why they keep I that way. The Teriyaki chicken appears to be pre-prepared meat(who serves BREADED Tyson chicken?) with very little, very thin sauce that does not resemble teriyaki… Vegetables fresh but all raw, with rice. Husband ordered chicken Marsala and it was chicken with BROWN gravy with mushrooms, the same kind of gravy you get on mashed potatoes. Service was kind and good but you could tell it was just older local people coming into eat so we were treated like«old» people.

Very nice restaurant, very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasing and modern. Service was excellent. We had lunch there and ordered several types of wraps. Each came with your choice of soup, salad, potato salad, fruit or french fries. We each had the salad and it included english cucumber, not the cheap ones, some spinach and more. We will return and check out dinner and breakfast. This was one of the few restaurants which also had a banana split on the dessert menu!

We were reluctant to try this restaurant because it used to be a Denneys, and we weren’t sure if this was just another greasy spoon or not. What a great surprise! Service was great, food was great and the prices are reasonable. It is nicely decorated, and our food came out right away and it was piping hot! We will be back!

When it first opened, we went several times due to the fact my dining partner lives nearby and really wanted to see this place succeed. It truly fits the bill for what Windsor needs, in our opinions. :) Prices are reasonable, family-friendly, kind servers, breakfast-all-day, etc. That said, we’ve had some hits and misses. Day 1 — HIT. All three of us liked our meals so it was a «hit.» Eggs Benedict — eggs were poached perfectly, sauce was buttery(and on the side, per request). Latitude Beef sandwich, with au jus, was meaty and medium to medium-rare(yum!) Sourdough roll toasted yet still so soft. YUM. Bacon burger a bit dry but still good. Yay! Day 2 — MISS. Uhm, so, I’ve NEVER seen scrambled eggs for huevos rancheros and just couldn’t wrap my mind around it. The chorizo was overwhelming rather than a nice accent. Sauce was not good. I didn’t finish nor did I choose to bring it home. Blackstone Benedict had an overwhelming amount of chopped bacon added on top which turned this into a greasy salty mess. Really bad. Day 3 — «Meh» Split the Latitude beef sandwich How could it have changed from the first time? Different meat? Not bad but not as memorably good. So. I really hope it succeeds but we haven’t been back since the last visit.

Dined here last night. The food was good but the service was horrible. The server and what looked to be the manager were standing at the front chatting while we waited to order. Then our food took forever and we sat there staring at our salad dressing while we ate our soups and had our entrees served first. Two of us were sharing and they split our plates for us, which we thought was nice of them, until they charged us for each plate they split. Normally we wouldn’t have cared too much if they had told us but we were not informed of this extra charge and after everything else we had dealt with we asked for the charge to be removed. To top it all off, our server argued with us about the charge and then walked away before we could give her the card. I would love to give this place another shot but for fear of receiving that horrible service again I’m not sure I will.

Pretty standard diner fare, nothing spectacular. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Ambiance was pretty bad, loud ‘80s music and the place was dead empty. Feels like a glorified Denny’s. The service was quick, but with only 4 patrons and 4 waitstaff, the service better be fast!

Came in during breakfast and it was very busy, but even through that, the service was great. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it tasted good. Their hash browns aren’t the traditional ones you would order from a restaurant, they definitely had the«home» feeling, but they were tasty. I will definitely be back to try out their other options for lunch and dinner.

Took the kids for breakfast last Monday. Good breakfast selection, food was good. Better than Denny’s! I didn’t notice any problems with employees or management. I was please to know it’s not the same owner as the Latitude Island Grill from Rohnert Park. That guy was. A jerk We will come back here again.

MY mom decided to invite us here for my brother’s birthday. I had already read reviews here on Unilocal from people who hadn’t even eaten there yet. I thought they were harsh since no one had actually experienced the food yet. I ordered chicken Marsala which i usually cannot pass up whenever i see it on the menu. The portion was generous however I did find a couple issues with the food. First was that they really didn’t make a Marsala, they made a chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms and brown gravy on top. I like gravy and all but that was not a Marsala. Second my brother also ordered a chicken dish and the chicken breast was aggressively seasoned exactly the same and my chicken. Which made me think that they use the same chicken for each dish. My mom got the chicken fried steak and it was clear that it was a frozen patty. I do not think I will be going there again. :(

The food was mediocre, the service was good and the restaurant is nice, but that’s not enough to earn my continued business. We ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 steaks, 1 came with shrimp. The portions are big and presentable but not delicious. I wanted to love Latitude because Windsor needs more places to dine out, but I just don’t. I wish Latitude luck, but I will never come back here.

First of all, it’s Latitude restaurant — no «s» in the name. Second, I don’t think it’s related to the restaurant of a similar name in Rohnert Park, which closed several years ago. So, to the review: I had breakfast here this morning. Relatively uncrowded. Very good service. Food was better than average, though not spectacular: good omelette, good hot chocolate, excellent hash browns. Disappointing: no fruit on the side, no fruit even available as a side order, at least per the menu. Also not optimum: an unusually-shaped glass that didn’t have much capacity for ice water. Summary: I wouldn’t go out of my way to have a meal here, but it’s a good option if you want to avoid Applebee’s and the like, and the prices are reasonable.
