Amazing customer service. Sometimes they may be understaffed by 1 person or so, but they more than make up for it with great customer service. Very knowledge about the services and products and made it easy for us to switch over to AT&T from Verizon. Definitely a place to go if you are a current AT&T customer or are planning on switching.
Fast forward a week, they won’t except my trade in phone for the credit. I was in there just last week and they said it qualified for the $ 200 credit, and now it doesn’t… Not happy.
