The woman taking my order was extremely rude and surly. She also informed me that I could not have a single shot espresso latte, which was ludicrous. The male barista quickly correctly her and told me I could indeed order a single shot espresso. My espresso was decent, as was my brownie. The environment was not the best for getting work done. I won’t be returning.

The best crêpe outside of Paris! This wonderful, little place is such a find. So cute and not overrun with laptops. You might walk right by it, but don’t! Go in and get an crêpe. You will not be sorry!

Love this place. The coffee stuff is awesome and a little less expensive than other places in the area. The crepes are great as are the other snacks that I’ve tried and the staff is very friendly!

Great food and friendly service. Try the ‘Fort Hamilton’ crêpe with egg, ham and gruyère cheese. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Honestly, there’s nothing I would change about this shop. I’ve not sampled everything on this menu crêpe-wise, but I really enjoy the coffee and all its varieties! They have some of those morning bars and other freshly baked goods from the local shops which I’ve always enjoyed. I’ve heard the coffee quality can differ per the barista, but I’ve always had success in the mornings! Free wi-fi too?

Great spot! Crepes are really good! Well made. My favorite for savory are«The Reeve» which is Pork, Swiss, Pickles, Cumin lime mustard and ham! And my other favorite is «The Sherman» which is Pesto, Mozzarella cheese and Tomato! And for Sweet–«The Howard» which is honey ricotta and blueberries! Coffee is from Intelligentsia which is amazing coffee :) the baristas are so friendly, and the music is pretty good. They have some pastries too. The Brioche Diplomat is amazing. It’s like a bread pudding muffin! I should mention out door seating and free wifi! Also if you stay and your drinking coffee– you get free refills:)

Had the Vanderbilt crêpe and Chai Latte. The crêpe wasn’t really bad but bad enough to say it is below mediocre. Their crepes do not come with a scoop of ice cream-you can purchase a cup of limited flavor ice creams for an additional $ 3.50 which I did. The crêpe included Nutella but did did not see any when cut. Strawberries were sour, crêpe wrap should’ve been a bit more cooked, and the ratio of filling to wrap is horrendous. The Chai Latte was very blend /had almost no taste to the tongue. Nothing more to say. 2 stars for the convenience of finding a place to sit warmly inside next to prospect park and interior.

This is the cutest little place ever They’re quiet new They have a delicious array of crepes a full line of sweet and a full line of savory My friend David approves of their coffee which is saying a lot They have indoor seating and two options of outdoor seating which is always a major plus for me The staff is friendly and helpful All food is made on premises and is fresh A definite recommendation

Very nice addition to the neighborhood. We had 2 savory crepes and one sweet. Both were good, the staff was very pleasant, food came timely. We were the only ones there, so I am not sure how they will fare with a larger crowd. A good solution to a quest for a light bite.

Cute place, nice to see the space being used in a new way. We went in on a Sunday around 5pm. It took at least 25 – 30 min to get the crepes from when we ordered. Problem is that they have only 1 crêpe machine and seating for 17+ not including the outdoor space. It’s a slow go waiting… one by one. You don’t get your food at the same time as everyone in your party so you really are not eating together. Eating as they come. Why not buy more than one crêpe maker if you are a crêpe shop? Not ventilated well so you stink for HOURS after you leave. Lady at the counter seemed like she would rather be any place but there, and saw the guy making our crepes eat something while making them. Yuck. They forgot our coffee and had to remind them. Crepes were ok. We tried the savory but given the crepes they make, they would be better as sweet. Place is cute, filled with fox tchotchkes that were a bit much, but we certainly got their point! Hope they do well but probably won’t be back soon.

Cute place. Nice patio. Mediocre food. We tried four different crepes(two savory, two sweet) and none of them were memorable. The ratio of crêpe to filling is waaaaay off, to the point that you can just peel off and toss out fully half of each crêpe. The filling was also way to dry, to the point that you could easily have eaten them like tacos. A good crêpe is not finger food. Where’s the sauce? Where’s the flavor? I’d recommended the far more authentic, far superior La Crêpe et la Vie in Ditmas Park but it closed. :(

I love this place for a bunch of reasons. Their Intelligentsia bean is strong but it doesn’t cause me to shake & it doesn’t keep me awake at night. They have obviously trained their baristas well so the coffee is more flavorful than any other brew around. And the prices are lower as well– including the prices of the crepes, etc. One bonus is that when i sit there’s enough room to have quiet even if there are babies and their moms congregating.

There’s an expression: time will tell. That’s an apt phrase for The Fox and the Crepes, given its newly-installed position in the ‘hood. A ‘hood, one should note, that’s still fairly working class, that may not be wild for Intelligentsia coffee, crepes, cold brew, or artisanal ice cream. Still, for those that can stomach the growing menace that is gentrification, the Fox will have its day. I’m partial to the Reeve, a Cubano-style crêpe with pork, cheese, pickles, and mustard. The crêpe itself, or the outer wrap, is light and crispy, and there’s just enough flavor to make the thing itself more than a light snack. For those seeking something a bit less involved, there’s the aforementioned joe, phenomenal soft pretzels, Early Bird breakfast bars, and small cups of Brooklyn Bell ice cream. As for the Fox’s neighbor, The Prospector, this is going to be more of a wait and see. The«provisions» served up by this high-end grocery include fancy cheeses, beers, and charcuterie, and the prices are bordering on ridiculous. But as a wise woman once told me, if it ain’t pricey, it ain’t worth nothing — and it should be said, the Prospector stocks some pretty awesome stuff. Jeremiah Fox has succeeded with his Juice Box, but it could be argued that every neighborhood needs a wine and liquor store. Whether Windsor Terrace, Corcoran-ified but holding fast to its roots, embraces Fox’s latest endeavors as it’s taken to neighbors Adirondack and Le Paddock, remains to be seen. (Afternote: this is likely the first time I’ve ever reviewed a place from within the place itself. Thanks for the wifi, guys.)

Went for«lunch”/brunch on a Sunday because I love supporting local businesses — BUT, I couldn’t try the food because as I was getting ready to order the staff at the counter informed me it would be a 40 minute wait until I got my crêpe. Yes, 40 minutes for a crêpe. That seems crazy. Asked them if this was just growing pains or if it’s normal and was told that it would be the norm as there is only one crêpe maker. One crêpe maker in a place that specializes in crepes? That is crazy. Maybe if they get another crêpe maker and the wait becomes a reasonable 5 minutes or so I will get to try the crepes. I want to, I really do, but a 40 minute wait for street food is excessive. By the way word has it that the food is good.

Just opened but already one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner really knows what he’s doing. Great coffee, great crepes, great service. I recommend The Windsor crêpe!

This nice new spot in Windsor Terrace is like a breath of fresh air. A few years ago we got Brooklyn Commune but«The Foxes» have slyly snuck in with something a little different. No more humdrum regular breakfast or lunch sandwiches in this«neck of the woods». The hand food that you may fine in with or like me be on the go with. The space is quaint but it looks to had an outside patio annex. The options were just the right amount not to get you flustered of sweet & savory crêpes. I purchased one of each and I was pleased. I will be back to try the entire menu and see what their ice cream is all about too. If you have a more flavorful palette you may like to ask the chef to add salt and pepper to your savory items. Other than that I have no complaints and I am excited for this new business!
