I can’t say I’ve ever had a particularly bad experience here, but I’ve also never had an unforgettably great experience there either. They have what I need in stock whenever I shop there, and it has convenient hours.

Only use them now for UPS shipments, which the process has gotten worse i.e. the removal of the self ship kiosk. Waited in line with one purchase behind two guests to check out. One of the mangers helped the person in front of me for a return at another register. After that was completed, she just walked off to talk to 5 other co-​mangers/​employees, while I waited behind the first customer. Total lack of customer focus and this is not the first time at this location. So, I left my one item at the candy display and walked out with out buying anything. Oh, well back to Amazon Prime. In fact, Ill just visit again to see a product there and order it online.
