Store is old and in need of an update. Liked shopping here anyhow as it is convenient. However on this most recent trip, the cashier was rude and had an attitude. Took my business to Staples and found the item I needed was priced lower AND their store is much nicer with friendly staff members. I think I’ll be a Staples customer from now on.

This place is awful! It’s dirty and the bathrooms are dirty and smelly. We wanted to try out a pair of headphones but the plug was stuck in the display. We came back to try them a few days later and the plug was still stuck and the trash sitting on the display shelf was still there. Craziness. This is so not my favorite place for office supplies.

Only Office Depot in my area… recently moved from Richmond, Virginia, where I was used to exemplary service from my neighborhood Office Depot. Not so here. Staffed this evening with young people who were more interested in socializing amongst themselves than on being customer friendly. Probably the shabbiest Depot I have been in, also.
