What a great cold selection of craft beers on the wall covered in coolers. The other side of the store is covered with six-​pack of all varieties. A ton of local options on hand also plenty of the best names and styles from breweries around the country. Everything is clearly labeled and priced plus great discounts for «make your own» 6 and 8 packs. Can’t wait to go back and try another growler of four weekly-​ish special craft kegs currently on tap. Great ownership/​staff who are always knowledgable and helpful. Love this place.

Now they have more taps and you can now drink on site! The owners, Mike and Krissy, are great people and run a great bottle shop. The large selection of single bottles is a huge bonus.

A nice bottle shop with a big selection this is my go to place. There is something for everyone here. The shop has tons of brews chilled that you can conveniently make a nice variety pack. Here I am always trying new brews of different styles. Very nice staff that is knowledgeable on different tastes.

This place has the best selection in Wilmington. Even though there are several other places to choose from, we come here just to support Mike! The owner is always helpful and kind and we know that he works very hard as he and his wife are the sole employees. Support your local Hey Beer!

Good things come in small packages! This place is pretty small but is absolutely jam packed with excellent beer choices. Discounts if you put 6 or 8 beers together and always three excellent beers on tap just waiting to fill your growlers. You can taste anything on tap but unfortunately everything is to be enjoyed off premises. The space is really nice (hard to believe it used to be the homebrew shop) and Mr. and Mrs. Hey Beer couldn’t be nicer.
*UPDATE!* Since posting my review Hey Beer has updated from 3 to 6 taps and you can now enjoy a pour while you browse. I’m upping my review to six stars.

I’ve been coming here for months, never been disappointed one bit. They have a vast selection of craft beer bottles, great rotating growler taps too. The owners are friendly and so is their dog who hangs out sometimes. They know their stuff too so ask some questions if you’re wondering about good new brews to try, you’ll get some great help. Can’t say enough good, definitely recommended!

Love this place! Right next to double happiness which is how we found them. They have 6 coolers with individual beer selections. All easily marked to find your favs. Lagers, IPAs, pilsners, gluten free, stouts and porters, fruity beers. I think they have ciders too but not sure. You can also buy whole 4&6 packs and there are 4 – 5 rotating beers on tap to fill your own growler or buy a growler. Ask for samples on tap. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. Now that I’ve found them I’m in there once a week to try a new flavor. So far my favorite is grapefruit sculpin. 10% off 6 pack and 15% off 8 pack. Must try!
