Downtown Darlings

Super cute store, if you have a little girl who is into this stuff. The lady at the register was pretty rude so I had already changed my mind on coming back to purchase items without my daughter present. I bet a lot of people «showroom» her store, meaning look at the items in person and purchase them later from a cheaper location, such as Amazon or Ebay, which is probably why they don’t allow picture taking. Or maybe it is because God-​forbid, your little princess touch something. My daughter wanted to try on shoes but was told, «Not unless you are buying them!» I think the owner had already pegged us as not buying anything so just wanted us out of there. I had planned on going back after my daughter was taking a nap at the hotel, to purchase some items for her birthday, but that quickly changed. All of the stuff was made in China junk, that was wildly overpriced anyway.

Bought my daughter a tea set here. She really loved it and it wasnt too expensive.
There were two ladies working when I came in, one of them was really nice and pleasant…
Good for younger girls. 10 year old wasnt so interested.

The staff and selections are top notch. Bring your daughters in for a store geared for them.
