Terrible terrible terrible. I waited in the drive thru for 20 min (no exaggeration) and when I got my food it was cold. Customer service was terrible and it was just overall an aweful experience.

I don’t normally review fast food places but I feel like I have to warn people of this place. it just isn’t as good as it used to be back in the day. I got the smoke brisket meal with a vanilla milkshake. Within 5 min of eating, my co worker and I are feeling like crap… granted this is fast food, I would recommend going to other fast food places– like chick fil la. After going back to work we were suffering, so just want to warn you if you are looking for something quick and cheap. go to other fast food places.
Service is slow here too.

I do not eat fast food very often anymore, but when I do this is one place I enjoy. Food is fresh, the staff are nice and the place is clean. It is in a convenient location too, being in the middle of 202/​Concord Pike, so getting in and out is easy.

This Arby’s is in the median of US-​202. You enter and leave this parking lot via the fast lane of US-​202 so it can be tricky at times, scary at times, and difficult when there is a lot of traffic. The dining area and restroom seem clean enough or at least, I noticed employees cleaning these areas while I was there. Service was just fine. Generally, I like Arby’s food but the sweet iced tea at this location seemed above average for an Arby’s. They have all the standard Arby’s sauces, including horsey sauce and three pepper.
