I’m not much of a reviewer but since this is my first time on Unilocal bare with me. I would give this Wendy’s 5 stars not because food is any different but that their customer service was phenomenal I would definitely come here again

I don’t think it can get any worst than this place. I JUSTWANTED A JRFROSTY and it took 11 mins. Seriously, I’m ashamed to say I waited but I already left McDonald’s 15 minute line and I just had to satisfy my craving. When I finally got to the window the cashier didn’t even open it or acknowledge me for a full two minutes. Next time I’ll ignore the craving.

It seems every time I go into the drive thru, my order is always messed up. I had a problem with one of the managers a while back. The guy was a jerk because I asked him to replace my order that was cold, and not what we ordered. They need some better employees filling orders and get rid of the dead weight and unprofessional staff.

This Wendy’s is in a lot by itself, not connected to the neighboring strip malls. Access is from Concord Pike northbound only, so if you are going southbound, you’d have to make a U-turn somewhere. This Wendy’s has gone significantly downhill from what I remember. I’m not sure how they are still in business. The cashier screwed up my simple combo order three times and had to call the manager for help. This is a problem where had I not noticed the discrepancy between the register price and the menu board price, I’d have overpaid and the cashier still would not have had a clue that anything had gone wrong. When Christine came out front, she was able to fix it right away and she was quite apologetic. But it was straightforward enough that I didn’t see why the cashier couldn’t have gotten it right the first time. Service issues aside, the food is standard Wendy’s, which is okay but not extraordinary. One downside at this location is the beverage bar at this location isn’t self-serve.

Worst Wendy’s ever! The place is crawling with flies and the staff don’t care about the customers. The cleanliness behind the counter is abysmal. Will never eat here again!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. When I arrived, there were no less than 12 people who had already ordered and were just standing around waiting for their food. I ended up joining them in the waiting party and had the chance to observe the staff interact with one another. Holy cow, they all were f’ing clueless, except for Christine. She was very apologetic to the customers, and was trying to get us out as fast as possible, but the way that she spoke to her fellow employees wasn’t really helping. She was basically screaming at them, which clearly wasn’t motivating them to move any faster. This whole location is just a disaster. It’s too small, they don’t have self-service fountain drinks(which would speed up the process for them), and the drive-thru people block the exit for those who are just trying to get out of the lot. If your order is correct, you’ll taste the typical Wendy’s offerings. That is, if you don’t walk out first.

Worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever visited. The drive thru is slower than slow. Most likely due to them only having one drive thru window instead of the usual two. You will wait in line easily 15 min or more. The orders are always wrong and cold, lukewarm if you’re lucky. While waiting in the drive thru you can see the dumpsters and grease traps off to the right of the back parking lot. Looking at that will make you leave the line. Grossness. The staff is always hurried and almost rude. But hey it’s fast food right. You’re not paying for the service you’re paying for the grease and future triple bypass.

There are better options just down Concord Pike. If you get the correct order, the food will be warm and OK, but for the price you pay you deserve better. It is evident by the atmosphere this is the«REDHEADEDSTEPCHILD» of the Wendys chain. The parking lot has holes big enough to blow out your tires. The restrooms look like they have not been cleaned in years. The paint on the building is peeling and most of the lights in the parking lot do not even work. This is all be fore you order your food. The counter help is carefree. That is they don’t care at all. Drive thought is even worse. As noted in other reviews I have waited over 20 minutes to get an incorrect order from this location. What makes it worse is when you talk to the managers(either the old man or the lady?) they will listen to you with a blank look and say«We know» and then offer to give you something for free. You guess right when you go to get the free item there is either no record of it or it is also made incorrectly. You have Arbys, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Burger King, Panera Bread, Johnny’s Hot Dogs all less than 5 minutes away. Its worth the drive due to you will spend that time waiting at the counter or drive though!

Its Wendy’s so the food is OK… but this place has the WORSTDRIVETHRUEVER. If you have 2 – 3 cars in front of you, prepare to wait 10 – 15 minutes. And this isnt just ONCE, or TWICE or three times this has happened. Its EVERY time. Wont return to this location because of it and can somebody PLEASE hire some good staff for this location who will actually.work.

This review is not about the food as it always is decent for fast-food, but more for the service. Me and my husband pulled through the drive through at 11pm and despite the time of night, it was packed. Oh well, we were hungry and already there so we stayed. I always get an Asiago Chicken Club sandwich with no bacon and a medium fry. My husband got a large fry and two regular chicken sandwiches. She repeated our order twice so we figure, no mistake. Wrong. I didn’t get my medium fry and my sandwich had bacon it despite the fact that the receipt said ‘Asiago Chicken Club Sandwich, no bacon. And to top it off, even though she repeated that I ordered a medium fry, it wasn’t on the receipt. Good thing we weren’t too far away to turn around and go back to get my fries and even better that I’m not one of those people who ask for no bacon and when they get it, the whole sandwich is ruined. I just took it off. The lady was nice enough and apologize, but it defeats the purpose of repeating my order twice and still messing it up. Oh well, we live and we learn.
