I have been a proud customer of Falcos for 30 years ever since my parents moved here. However sadly after today my love affair with Falcos has come to an end. I frequent Falcos 2 – 3 times a week as I work .5 a mile from the restaurant. Today I order a Meatball sub. The 3 meatballs were still pink so asked for a new sandwich. 30 minutes later I never received the sandwich. When I went to the counter to ask for a refund(noticeably frustrated). I got told sorry they are just a little busy. Well I’m glad your so busy you can serve raw food and loose a life long customer.

Not as bad as others made it seem. We hit up this spot for lunch and it was pretty packed. I ordered a slice of supreme and it ended up being two pieces, nice. Pizza was hot, crispy, but the toppings, specifically the mushrooms, were definitely from a can. Still, it was pretty tasty. Ive had worse for sure.

A lot of moving parts but the service was warm and friendly. Food was mediocre and below what would be considered a value. About as average as it could get but I’d go again because the entire staff made you feel you belonged. Probably more attractive if there was a coupon or groupon involved.

Hey Knuckleheads, for you people that have been complaining that your«waitress» doesn’t come back to the table and ask how everything is! It’s not that kind of place, you place your order when you first go in at the counter and then they deliver it to your table. NO, they don’t come back and ask how your food is. It’s a counter place, so if you have a problem go to the counter and let them know. I’ve been a customer at a few locations for over 40 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Also, for the 40 years of being a customer, we always order sausage pizza, would never think of ordering anything else on it so can’t comment. But it’s the best thin sausage pizza around. As far as the staff, very nice people.

I am stymied by the reviews. I have no idea who would choose to eat this pizza more than once? I still meet a friend here from time to time because it’s near his house and the food is still so less than good. I’ve had the pizza-truthfully most frozen pizzas are tastier –no exaggeration– and I had the beef sandwich which looked delicious when it arrived – melted cheese on garlic bread and yet there was less than no flavor. I don’t mean to be insulting but what have these people who gave it 5 stars been eating??? Who does the cooking here that they don’t realize that the food is completely tasteless? I will say sometimes we’ll go on a Tuesday for the Panzerotti and that is the only item I’ve ordered that actually tastes like someone who knows what they’re doing cooked it, hence the 3 stars. I have no idea why anyone would seek this place out.

I hate to have to post anything negative, but the small, individual size pizza I had recently was horrible. I can only describe it as worse than 90% of the frozen pizzas currently on the market. Sorry, but it had to be said.

Love, love, love this place! It’s the best of both worlds — you can bring your kids and have a fantastic family meal, or come with friends to sit at the new full service bar and watch the game and get a drink. Their pizza is a Chicago staple. The rich blend of cheese with their buttery crust is so yummy! A hidden gem here is their chicken parm sandwich. I always get it with a cup of their fresh minestrone soup. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Fantastic food, fantastic prices and great environment!!!

I was at a friend’s house over the weekend and we decided to order pizza. I’m not familiar with the area and they suggested Falco’s. I thought the pizza was good but it really wasn’t anything that blew me away. We had a 16 inch pepperoni pizza, an order of fries, and an order of cauliflower. It came out to almost $ 40! Yikes! It was good pizza but wasn’t worth the price.

I grew up eating pizza from the Falcos in Cicero. I was so happy to discover that they have this location since it’s closer to me. The pizza is delicious. You can order by the slice, which is actually 2 big slices and a drink. The crust is amazing, it melts in your mouth. A great blend of cheeses rounds out the flavor. Portions are huge. They have a newly built bar with several big screens. Finally, the staff are super friendly which makes for a great experience.

Just was in September 16,2015. Had a family in they brought pizza to everyone but my husband. Had to get up to get his. I ordered BAKED mostaccioli and it took 25 mins and when I received it it was not BAKED. They took back and I told them to put it in a take out container which took another 15 mins. When I got home it was not BAKED and tasted burned. I have ordered this many times. Never again. We have been customers since they were a take out place in Oakbrook Terrace. We will NEVER be back. It is a shame but this place is trouble.

Amazing service EVERYTIME, whether I’m dining in, picking up, or getting it delivered. The staff is always so friendly and the grub is always fresh! I’ve been eating their pizza for over 10 years, never fails to hit the spot and get all your monies worth! HIGHLY recommend it!

I’m so disappointed. I love the city location, albeit ghetto(haha). From the second we walked in, we felt unwanted but there’s not much in this area to eat at 11 at night… Place was empty. On one hand, that’s okay because being a chain you’d think the food would be the same anyways. Then things went downhill pretty quickly from here. The young woman at the counter was bothered. She wouldn’t shut up the whole time we were deciding what to order. She literally went on whining about some boy for 10 minutes, mind you she wasn’t talking to us. Wanna bitch about your life? Go tell Facebook like everyone else. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, an Italian beef and a fry. I couldn’t believe it when she said it would be 15 minutes. Wait, what? The restaurant is empty. Okay, whatever. 15 minutes passes. Where’s our food??? She chimes over, «I’m sorry, it’s going to be another 15 minutes because he has to make your burger fresh.» What did she just say? Fresh??? Ummm… Isn’t that how a paper thin patty should be made? I’m so confused. Finally, food. Okay so we get back to our suite, a whole 88 second ride. I opened my beef and was disgusted. The cook obviously prepared my sandwich and then let it sit for the 30 minutes we waited for our food. It was beyond words. I tried to eat just the beef because I was hungover still and starving. The beef was drier than sand in the Sahara. There were massive chunks of garlic in it and a lot of salt. Clearly trying to mask the crap they served me. I threw it away immediately. Called the restaurant to speak to a manager, the counter girl answered. After I asked for a manager, she slammed the phone on the counter and said, «UGH! SHEDEMANDED A MANAGER!!!» No kiddo, I politely asked so relax. No sense of urgency from anyone here. He offered a $ 6 credit for the bad sandwich and half assed apologized. Told him he could keep his $ 6, I’m not going back there.

Well I would start out saying I have been coming here since I was 12 or so I used to ride my bike just for some fries and a soda. But as the years went always was getting pizza. I would order a pizza or 2 weekly and sides probably totalling 50 $+ and always tipped the driver 10 $. So I ordered are usual at about 1130 am and at about 1 I called confused as to why it was so long seeing as we are about 1.5 miles away. All they could say was theres nothing we can do to help you… lets just say we never ordered again. So no ZAZZOS gets all are buisness. Skip these scumbags and head straight to ZAZZOS for excellent food and service.

This is the pizza I always request when I come home from a long trip or come home from college. It’s very unique! It has a buttery crust, sort of a cornmeal bottom, and some sort of unique cheese that delivers the most incredible flavor. The sausage pizza is my favorite, I highly recommend it! Beware the amount of grease and the amount of sodium that comes with this pizza. However, it’s not like you ordered pizza to be healthy anyway… It has a nice dining area with many TVs for sports games and such. Also there are arcade games for the kids. Many unique sodas for you to try. The owner man is very friendly and appreciates a nice chat. This is a restaurant where you can become a recognized«regular.»

Stopped here for lunch a few days ago and I was pretty happy with the pizza. It sort of has a Home Run Inn type feel to it. It was about $ 5 and some change for two slices of your choice not a bad deal. I’d come back again for lunch or to try some of their other pizza options.
