Been here many times. Pizza OK. Italian beef sandwich is one of the worse I’ve ever had. Like their chili mac which is all I order now. Last time I was there the chili wasn’t ready it was still cooking. It was a little after noon and they said it would be ready in about 2 hours. What? Did the cook sleep in? I do like it though so I’ll go back.

When I think of pizza, I think of Falco’s pizza. My family and I have been coming to Falco’s pizza for over 40 Years. We had originally gone to the Falco’s in the city of Chicago. We would go every Friday night and order to family size and between the seven of us there was nothing left. We now visit the Falco’s in Burr Ridge. Even though I now live out of state every visit includes a trip or two to Falcos. I cannot come to Chicago without it. Everyone that works there knows our family. My mouth begins to salivate while I’m ordering the pizza. We always request the pizza to be cooked well done just as they did in the city. The well done pizza ensures the crust is cooked perfectly and the cheese is perfectly browned. When they bring the pizza to the table my family will immediately dig in. The pizza is so hot but it never seems to stop us. The crust itself is almost buttery in flavor, the sauce have a wonderful almost heavenly favor. The oregano comes blooming in flavor and scent while enjoying it. In all my years of living in Chicago I have never tasted a more flavorful sausage than what is used on the Falco’s pizza. You can taste the fennel, paprika and other spices in every piece of sausage. The cheese is so fresh and tastes fabulous. When you put the pizza in your mouth it brings an actual satisfaction to my taste buds. No other pizza throughout Chicagoland or any of the other places I have lived or visited has brought this type of happiness to me and my family. I have brought many of my friends to Falco’s and have yet to find one that does not like it. I know everyone has their favorite pizza place and this one is mine.

Love, love, love this place! It’s the best of both worlds — you can bring your kids and have a fantastic family meal, or come with friends to sit at the new full service bar and watch the game and get a drink. Their pizza is a Chicago staple. The rich blend of cheese with their buttery crust is so yummy! A hidden gem here is their chicken parm sandwich. I always get it with a cup of their fresh minestrone soup. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Fantastic food, fantastic prices and great environment!!!

Ordered for the first time tonight. We had a bacon cheeseburger that was only 5.95 an order of mozzarella sticks and a chicken Parmesan sandwich. I mentioned the price of the burger because that was a 10 dollar burger at the least. There was so much bacon on it that it fell off on beautify crispy chunks everytime you picked it up. The bread on the parm was totally fresh and flavorful. Along with the amazing food the customer service was impeccable. The girl who took my order over the phone was gracious, and sweet. As we all know people suck sometimes. She was awesome. I live about 20 min away and I will be back for that burger.

So very disappointed… Called in our pizza order to dine in after about 40 minutes was told our pizza was ruined by someone in the kitchen and had to make a new one. Finally after waiting another 30 minutes or so, finally got our pizza & it was awful. Will not be back at Falco’s, too many other pizza’s out there that are consistent.

I’ve only ever gotten slices of pizza from here for lunch, so I can’t speak to other menu items. I’ve both eaten there and taken it to go. You can get a big slice(which is really 2 slices) of cheese, sausage, or pepperoni for about $ 5.15 with tax. I’m a fan of their pizza. Their crust is flavorful and has just enough chew. Toppings are of good quality and aren’t skimpy. The pizza is fairly greasy, but I expect that walking into the door.

Nice little place for a quick bite to eat. Like that if you order a pizza slice you get 2. Decent pizza slices.

Falco’s is an old neighborhood pizza place that I believe still has the original location near Archer & Western, for all the former city-dwellers out there. They’ve since moved to the ‘burbs like many of us, our parents, and some of our favorite food places, too. We placed an order for a large(16″) sausage and a large pepperoni. Be sure to mention the menu coupon(not physically needed) for a free 8″ pie with purchase of a 16″. I think the pizza is above average. I really can’t agree with Dan B’s comparison to Little Caesar’s below. It’s comparatively thick for«thin crust», but the ingredients are fresh, and to me this is definitely up there with the Palermo’s & Aurelio’s.

You get me or my family sick, you lose my business forever. Moved back to the area and wanted to come in for a couple beefs and a slice. Me and my wife thought something tasted weird about the beefs, but ate them anyway. Big mistake. Huge mistake. The toilets were our best friends for 24 hours. Very sad, because when we lived here a dozen years ago they were great.

We have been going here for carry out/delivery since moving to Burr Ridge several years ago. Never dined at the restaurant. We have usually just gotten the pizza or pizzetti, and falco salad. We have always enjoyed the food and delivery service, although a couple of months ago they gave us house salads instead of falco salads. This review is about an order last week in which we got rib dinners and a baked panzarotti, just to try it. We ordered it to be delivered and they said an hour and 15 minutes. It came in 35 minutes, which was great. The ribs were very good. They come with a salad and fries. The salad was fresh and had cucumbers and tomatoes. The fries were Ok. They put the ribs on top of them and made them soggy. They should pack them separately. But this dinner is a good value: full slab dinner for $ 16.20 including tax. The panzarotti was excellent. Like a calzone or Stromboli. We had sausage. There were 4 of us and we each had a piece. One would easily make a dinner. Our experience this time was a 4 and overall Falco’s is a 4. And we will definitely order the panzarotti again.

Great amount of good for money. Good deal in this economy. Outside is deceiving. It’s cool place.

Having driven past Falco’s Pizza right off of route 83 many times I’ve had it on my list of places to stop at for years. With traffic backed up for miles and a long way from home I figured it would be as good of a time as any to pick up a pizza and bring it back home. I placed an order and within about 20 minutes I was on my way home with a hot pizza. I went for the regular pizza, large(which was 16 inches if I recall correctly) with sausage. The pizza is thicker than your usual thin crust pizza found around Chicago but not quite as thick as most hand tossed places and a far cry from any variation of pan or deep dish. The cheese was soft and tasty, the quality of the sausage itself was good. There were three problems with this pizza that lead me to my final verdict on it. First off the sauce was bland and had almost no viscosity to it. Second, the crust wasn’t particularly tasty, the breading was hard and crisp and quite frankly not even good to bite into. Finally was the price, this was around 21.00 for Pizza on par with Domino’s or Little Caesars. Overall I was not the least bit impressed with Falco’s, it’s an independently run pizza joint with high prices for fast food quality pizza. Take your chances elsewhere, one star for Falco’s.

We ordered a pizza last night and had it delivered. The pizza was deliver hot and within the time given us. The pizza itself was pretty good. A lot of people compare this to Home Run Inn’s pizza. I did too. I would say Home Run Inn is a notch above but the Falco’s pizza was pretty good. The amount of toppings, sauce and cheese and it most definitely did not taste greasy as some reviewers have said. The crust was a bit thick but pretty good. The edges were a bit hard to cut through however. The only complaint: even with a $ 3.00 off coupon, this pizza is a bit higher priced than other pizza places in the area. That will make us order from here less often.

Excellent pizza. If you’re familiar with, and loved the pizza that was served in the old Home Run Inn, back in the day(60’s, 70’s) when it was still made in the small tavern located on West 31st Street on the Southwest side of Chicago, then you’ll find this pizza to your liking. This pizza really takes me back to a much simpler time.

I tend to hit Falcos when I’m low on money and have to grab some food during my lunch break. Their slices are all I’ve had and I like them all but prefer the sausage and the super. Be warned if you have heart problems I’d avoid the pizz as it is VERY greasy. They also serve beer which is rad but I always go for an RC because I love RC.(though they ironically have many vintage pepsi signs though they don’t sell any)

The food is decent, though I try not to order from here if I can help it. Pizza is greasy and thick. They never put enough sauce on and the cheese feels. grainy. not at all what a real pizza should taste like. They are always late on delivery. Today was my third time ordering for delivery. Called at 10:50. after calling back three times and being told«the delivery guy is one minute away» the food finally showed up at 12:30. AFTER my lunch break. And AFTER the orignal estimated time was«WITHIN an hour». Needless to say we all had cold food.

This is out local pizza shop. Its great for kids and other people from the neighborhood. It’s a nice place where the employees know who you are and you feel at home. They have a pretty nice set up with HDTVs. The food is good. They have your typical pizza shop fare — nothing too outrageous. The best deal they have is their slice. An order of a pizza slice actually comes with 2 pieces. You get this all for around $ 4. It’s one of the best deals around and not bad pizza for the price. You won’t be blown away by the food or anything, but this is a great, local place that always keeps this guy satisfied.

All the ladies at worked raved about this place. Hmm. It seems when someone at work recommends a restaurant. I find something wrong with it. The pie was not what I expected at all. It was supposed to be thin crust with sausage. It was a little thicker than I would have liked. Which meant there was that doughy uncooked part in between the toasted bottom and the sausage. The sauce was very weak and really didn’t help the taste at all. I would pass on the pie at this joint. When it’s part of your name, you really need to jack it up a couple.
