got my desktop tuned up about a year ago, works a little faster, but cant access my 4000 pics ive had in computer 8yrs, when i click pictures it just locks up. took it back twice and they couldnt fix it

Quite possibly the WORST service ever! It’s really ashame it’s the closest Staples. Order was not done dispite confirmation. Standing here. The staff literally is standing around talking. I blame the managers. There are 2! It seems like they can’t even manage himself. They’re sitting and staring at the scene. Let me manage this crew! They would be service oriented in no time! Staple corp better come save this location! The guy at the print desk literally is turning down jobs left and right yet there are 5 people here waiting for their orders and NONE of them are done. And not to speak for others, but every order has been wrong! So what is it that you’ve been doing all day?! It’s pretty wack!!! And what’s really nuts… is the customers are just as ignorant! There’s a fight going on in the check out line! Just cut my pages and let me get the hell outta here! At least I’m getting 50% off. That’s how they deal with the issue.

The stuff in the store is fine but the staff and service provided by said staff is atrocious! Easier to shop online and have it shipped then try to have a conversation with one of those workers. also whoever is in charge of the shipping area they have always found a way to screw up my shipment. no bueno

Will never shop here again. I placed an order for the Print Center a week ago, was waiting to pick them up meanwhile, they had finished the order but did not bother to tell me this. When I had called them they kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes at a time. When I went to pick them up the print centers cash register was not working so I waited in the other line. There was only one regular register open and when I asked the manager about this she gave me an attitude.

Went in to make some copies, pick up some supplies and drop off a shipment for UPS. The person and the copy desk was very helpful when I had an issue with the copier. She was polite and courteous and even though I made a dumb mistake while printing, she never treated it as a dumb mistake. She fixed my issue and I copied my stuff quickly. While I was there I saw her help numerous customers in the same way. She’s the kind of employee most companies dream about.
Cashier was fast as well. In and out.
Then I went to drop off my UPS package and the person there was even better. She accepted my package and gave me a drop off receipt and then said, «Thanks Sweetie!» Made my day. :) Good as it gets!

I’m currently here. Waiting. To pick up an online order for which I received a confirmation to be picked up. I have been here waiting for now over a half hour because the two managers decided to assist customers making purchases and ones on the phone. The line has a few people in it with two registers open. It is not hectic. The one manager is extremely rude and raising her voice at other customers. The one employee was helpful and apologetic but the management at this store, especially the one behind the customer service desk, knows nothing about customer service. The whole point of online ordering is to be in and out. I’ll stick to the office max near my house.

I go to this staples a lot. Close to my home and convenient. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
Plus, I get staples rewards! Every quarter I get a check, nice. I am happy to use it here.
