The company I work for offers a discount if you shop here. So i thought, I might as well get some new boots. I had specifically requested composite safety toe and waterproof at the recommendation of our safety manager. His explanation for composite vs steel is that composite has less of a chance of crushing. When I explained this to the female sales associate I was told that this was absolutely not true and that he is lying. Strike 1. The boot that was recommended to me was ordered and I prepaid as is their policy. I was informed that it would arrive in 2 days time, it took 4. I called on the third day and was told I would have a return call with tracking information. That never happened. Strike 2. The boots finally arrived, unfortunately they were steel toe. I brought them back and ask to exchange them for a pair I had found on their website. I was informed that their website was inaccurate and that the boots i wanted to order were not available because they no longer did business with that company. Strike 3.
Long story short, bad customer service, poor website service, and not worth the time I wasted.
