This place has the best $ 3 beer in Williamsburg and the sexiest and sweetest barmaids in Los Sures! Plenty of TVs and music the owners are cool dudes and the Latin flavor flows in the very affordable menu.

I stopped by Abba on a Friday night. When I arrived there was a pretty cool DJ playing some good hits. The waitress was nice and attentive. I ordered a mojito and it was delicious. Later that night, there was a Karaōke session with two very talented singers and their friends. Really enjoyed that and we even got to dance a bit. Overall, it is a very chill spot. I look forward to returning and trying their veggie burger!

The Food was amazing and as much as I want to give it more than two stars I really can’t. The bartender not only the worst drink maker but one she does not pay much attention to anything. Food ordering I had to ask for napkins on more than one occasion. I ask for a drink and she doesn’t come back with my drink till 10 mins later. Only 5 people in the bar none we’re waiting for a drink. Her text messages must have been more important cause I had to call her more than once to get her attention. And I don’t understand how she got away with what she was wearing yoga pants and what seem like a sports bra. This place would be great if the sports they played would have sound and not music. Also get a bartender that dresses professional and can make a drink in a timely matter.

New spot in the area. I went with two of my friends and we loved the food. They have this Chinese beer«Lucky Buddha», a light beer for this weather. We got the tacos and they are really good, specially the pork belly one. You definitely have to try the ceviches!

Nice new spot to hang out with friends!!! Cool atmosphere to add to the neighborhood. They have a good selection of beers and delicious tapas/ceviches to share if you want(empanadas are great), or mains if you are more selfish. What I really loved of Abba was the staff. Their(gorgeous) waitress is so cool, attentive and made the best Pisco sour, also recommended a beer for my friend and hit the spot. The chef Pablo Catalan(you can read on his shirt) also took good care of us and asked if we liked the food, which we loved, and explained to us what he wanted when he was designing the menu. Great experience. Definitely coming back for more!

I never really think about food whenever I go to a bar, so when my friend invited me to a late lunch at Abba, with it’s ‘Bar’ tag the first thing that popped up, I didn’t know what to expect. It exceeded expectations in pretty much every way possible. The service, the drinks, the food, and the atmosphere all made for a fantastic first experience. Of particular worthy notice, the coconut mojito, salmon ceviche and the shrimp skewer completely blew me away. The mojito was as refreshing as a summer drink could get, the right amount of flavour and vigor. The ceviche was flavourful, fresh, and the perfect start for a summer meal. The shrimp on the skewer were enormous, seasoned well, and done to perfection. Honestly, my only regret was being full by the time dessert came around(I had some of my friend’s, anyway). Needless to say, I can’t wait to be back here my next time in Williamsburg.

I came in for a late lunch with a friend today and had so much trouble deciding what I wanted to eat. Eventually, we decided on starting out with the salmon ceviche and the shrimp skewers. I ordered a coconut mojito to go with my food and it was summer in a drink. So light and refreshing. For our main entrees, I ordered the taco trio and my friend ordered the burger. The salmon ceviche was by far the best ceviche I’ve ever had. It had just enough of a kick to it with lots of citrusy flavor that took away the fishiness without drowning out the salmon. The shrimp skewers might be my favorite thing on the menu. They’re essentially jumbo shrimp wrapped in pieces of tender steak and so beautifully paired. I liked it so much that I ended up ordering a second one just for myself. Finally, the taco trio. Let me just say that the pork belly taco was phenomenal. I hadn’t read the description in depth and was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness that was the pineapple tequila salsa that went so well with the pork belly that was crispy but also so tender. The crispy fish taco was cooked to perfection with light flaky fish with some orange slices in it that balanced it out and made it so light and tasty. The chicken one had some really nicely grilled chicken paired with some avocado and cherry tomatoes that you could never go wrong with. As if I wasn’t full enough after devouring all of this food, we ended up getting not one, but two desserts. The dulce de leche napoleon had the most delicious flaky filo pastry with a super sweet caramel cream that was balanced out so nicely with the bourbon drizzle that prevented it from being overly sweet. The second dessert was the triple chocolate mousse that came with the most phenomenal raspberry white chocolate almond truffle. I have a huge sweet tooth and these two desserts most certainly hit the spot. I’ve got to say that I can’t wait to come back here and I’m excited to see how the menu will continue to grow and change. The flavor pairings of each dish were so mindblowingly harmonious that I had forgotten to take pictures before digging into it all just to find out how it tasted. I’m going to recommend this place to all my friends and I recommend anyone who has a love for delicious food made with care to come and check this spot out.

Still feels like the first few days at Abba. We were given the wrong menu, items weren’t available, and my salad was drowning in vinegar. The tacos were mediocre — far worse than what you’d find at Santos or Williams & Bailey. But worst thing about Abba is that there’s no real personality to the place yet. It’s a very friendly staff, and I want them to succeed, but Abba really needs to figure things out already. The quick demise of Chuvoy’s should be a lesson in having something distinctive that brings people back. So far there’s nothing I can point to – aside from some sketchy reviews on Unilocal

Found this spot Unilocal tonight because I saw that when you check in they give you a free shot! Who doesn’t like alcohol?! This place rocks. It’s a really chill, new bar in town with tons of potential. Loved the brick an wood interior. They open their windows and doors, so it’s super welcoming. Can’t wait to come back to try the food!

Don’t be fooled by the look and feel of this place. Ordered the yuca fries and taco trio and both were inedible. Yuca fries were dense and clearly not prepare the right way, the tacos were tasteless, and all three had the same chewy consistency. When you lack substance, image is everything…

So, I went in here on a got afternoon a little thirsty but filled my belly too because I couldn’t resist the menu. There goes my diet buy who cares! It was exactly what I wanted, needed, and I was satisfied not overly full. Yucca Fries With And Amazing AIOLE sauce!!! Shrimp and steak skewers, I got the best of both worlds and it was plated so beautifully! The service was great! My server, Joel, always had a smile and was super friendly and had such attention to detail! You can tell he and the place in general, really care about the experience and treat it like their own home. Welcome to Brooklyn. Thank you, Abba! I will be back. …again and again!

Have lived in the neighborhood for years and went to Abba for the first time with high hopes! I love a new bar. Unfortunately for us, the only positive about the place was the place itself — it’s clean and new and seems full of promise! But, no. Our bartender was super sweet, but he truly had no idea what he was doing. The drinks were weak and we were offered a «special» during happy hour that ended up being full priced. I ordered the shrimp wrapped in steak, which sounds amazing, except I ended up with a mouthful of giant, slimy raw shrimp and raw meat. I have never in my life sent anything back to the kitchen but it was inedible. They insisted on making me another even after I said I didn’t want them to annnnnnd still charged me for it(I didn’t eat it). Not into it.

By far the worst meal I’ve ever eaten. Had the«taco» trio and was presented with what tasted like prison food. The fish taco specifically was absolutely uneatable. Way overpriced for the area!

Not only was the service great but the food was amazing. I enjoyed the music & the relaxed ambiance. I also loved it’s open concept. I would definitely come again & will try out their dinner menu.
