This place is a dump. I am not sure we’re the nice and pleasant staff was but they weren’t here. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are kids size for some reason. Breakfast is not even worth getting even if it is included, which by the way the room was $ 204 a night.

We stayed here for a night mod-week. I usually stay at Marriotts, so I was skeptical. The hotel location is very convenient to the Villages. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I was worried it may be noisy due to the location near the turnpike, but it was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was average, but well maintained. The biggest asset to this hotel is that every staff member I came across smiled and said hello. I would definitely recommend this hot if you are visiting friends or family at the Villages.

Excellent experience. Desk staff polite friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel Very accommodating. Breakfast was adequate. Biscuits and gravy on Saturday. Everything is microwaved. Waffles. The host was exceptional and kept everything filled and the area impeccably clean. Rollaway was in the room as requested although it needs to be replaced. The water pressure wasn’t very good for someone with long hair. From a safety perspective traveling with a senior citizen the bathtub edge was too high and difficult to step over. Difficult to regulate the water temp but that could be because we were on the top floor. BBQ restaurant nearby was excellent. Yuengling beer on tap-can’t beat that!!! Double queen room very spacious.

The staff is the best in this hotel! In two occasions we have stayed here. Each time the staff was extremely helpful, and went the extra mile to get us the room we needed. Very nice We were looking for a pet friendly room for 5 people, and on New Years. The front desk not only was able to accommodate us, he switched other reservations around so we could get a larger room to put a roll away bed in there. One thing I would have changed were the pillows which were oddly shorter than normal, but they were still very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but for the price it was well worth it. Also, there is a really cool gas station next door. They sell fresh, all natural orange juice, as well as really cool souvenirs.

«A Great Value» 5 of 5 starsReviewed yesterday NEW I am really impressed with how well run this hotel is. They called to find out what time I would arrive, so my room would be ready, and also after check-in to make sure the room was satisfactory. The room was immaculate and stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, lotion, ect. The next morning we went to the«continental breakfast», expecting to get just donuts and cofffee. WRONG! There were apples, bananas, two types of cereal, a waffle maker to make your own waffles, fresh biscuits, gravy, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, coffee, donuts, bagels, cream cheese, apple juice, orange juice, and milk.(I probably forgot to list something) There is an employee whose sole purpose is to make sure everything is kept stocked and the tables are clean. If you go on their website and prepay with a credit card, you save about $ 20. With most people using smart phones, this is all too easy.

We were visiting friends in the Villages/Summerfield area(en route to Orlando) and needed a hotel. We stayed at another Choice hotel in N. Carolina in the past and it was an absolute HORROR show with bugs, mold, lumpy beds, and God knows what else… but this was was close by and we were exhausted after a 1300 miles drive… Nervous about our booking, went in and found the room to be VERYNICE, CLEAN and MODERN room … even with GRANITE bathroom!!! Had a nice 1st floor room with a palm tree and pool overlooking the room… Welcome to Florida :-) After a 1300 mile drive we decided to stay 2 nights! I loved the high ceilings… comfy beds, hot water, and modern accommodations. Flat screen TV with lots of stations for the kids to watch. Now its a nice room… something that works for 2 or maybe 3 nights. After that it would be cramp for our family of 4. Free coffee in the morning and a nice continental breakfast(not the best i’ve had but not the worse). I was able to use the business center too since I didn’t bring a laptop. Wireless was available for our tablets and smart phones(FREE and easy hook up). We didn’t use the pool as it was a bit chilly but looked nice but a little on the small size. Very close to the Villages… a little bit further to Dunkin Donuts… there is a BBQ place on site. Also close to the Florida Turnpike! Overall if we visit our friends again. we would definitely stay here again! Our rate is $ 89 a night… tip… if you visit the FL Visitor center you can find a coupon… which we used…

I am pleasantly surprised at our accommodations here! Our room is very clean and large with a king bed and pull out sofa. It’s the newest pull out sofa I’ve ever seen in our many travels through many hotel rooms! The towels are of lower quality, they hardly hold any water, but if you ask, they’ll bring you more. Breakfast was the usual continental fair but with waffles and sausage too. There is onsite laundry for $ 2/wash & dry which I find kind of high for a hotel, but seeing as our last 2 hotels did not have this, I’ll gladly pay the $ 4/load. We’ve never stayed at a Choice Hotel before this, but we’re feeling optimistic about them now!

Nicest hotel for miles… The rooms are big and they have upgraded décor. Bathroom was very clean and has a large marble sink and good size tub. Beds are soft. I did find a bug in the room which was a turnoff but at least it was dead… no place can be perfect, so I’d stay here again. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Had a nice experience here and would recommend. They cheerfully informed us that the pool heater was fixed. Unfortunately it was 11pm and we were only staying the one night, but we thought it was cute they were so excited about it. Good free breakfast selection. I love make-your-own waffle stations.

One of the nicest Sleep Inns I have ever stayed at; great location right off I-4. This is a clean and nearly new building with a roomy breakfast area, nice fitness room and great wi-fi. Larry checked us in and gave us a call a bit later to see how we were doing in our room. The next morning, Patty helped me make a reservation for that night at another Sleep Inn in a very friendly way. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this area!
