Absolutely the WORST place in Wildwood. Our food had mold on the tomatoes the food was disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Health inspectors should review this place ASAP.

Was excited to come here for drinks and they all sucked. I had three different drinks and I had to force them down.

Went for a drink and a bite. Place was pretty empty for a Saturday night, so I should have turned around when I saw that. Beer selection was limited, so ordered a margarita, which was sickeningly sweet and had a weird aftertaste. Calamari not good. Fried clams were decent but coleslaw had a fizzy taste which made me worry it was spoiled. Servers and manager disinterested at best, bordered on rude at worst.

Good selection. I ordered a drink called momlatta which was very good. I got a panini which was good but a little dry and not on typical panini bread. My son got a cheesesteak sub and it was delicious.(I took a bite lol.) Everyone at our table enjoyed what they ordered.

Horrible! I was there Wednesday around 2pm ordered a lemonade and an order of French Fries. I paid and the girl handled me a slip of paper and said wait there until they call your #. Nobody was here. The system is ridiculous. I could understand if you have a large order, but a French fries and a drink. Took 10 minutes will never go back

Ehh. I mean not much to tell here but I’ll try. We arrived and stood there and waited about 5 – 6 minutes before someone acknowledged our presence. A manager walked by, looked at us, seemed as if she was going to say something then decided not to. A server came and stood right at the host stand, said NOTHING n tried not to keep making eye contact with us. I mean even if it’s «not your job» to seat us, it’s EVERYONES job to greet potential guests. An older lady finally came and offered us seating on the outside deck. Sever took about 5 mins to come over, and although he was easy on the eyes, my service felt rushed. He didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t ask if I had been there before or if I had questions on the menu. He simply showed up and asked us what we wanted to drink n whisked away. When he came back, he jus expected us to order. He didn’t prompt us for appetizers, he didn’t suggest anything. So because the idea of suggestive selling seemed to be a foreign concept to him, I jus ordered an entrée. I asked him before I ordered if the fried flounder was beer battered(which I hate). Mr. I’m-cute– but-wouldn’t-make-it-as-a-server-in-the-real-world gave me a puzzled look like he was a kitten being introduced to yarn for the first time. So I had to say it again. He then thought about it as he hesitated then stated that it was breaded but not beer battered. Dude, as an employee I would expect u to have a general idea as to what’s going on. As a SERVER, I expect you to have full blown extensive knowledge of your friggin menu. So I ordered the Fried Seafood Combo(flounder, shrimp w/fries) and my daughter ordered the Kids Pasta w/marinara. The food was just okay. Not worth the $ 17 i paid for the seafood. I could have found a market, bought a box of Gortons breaded filets and made a better dinner myself– probably for less than $ 17 and that includes the gas it took to find the market. It’s was bland so we asked for salt(there were salt grinders on the tables but they appeared to be WET? nothing was coming out of them) — he said ok, walked by our table gave us the«oh crap I forgot» look and went back to get it. He bought it to us my food was almost gone– my daughter was eating my food because her pasta tasted like card board hence the salt request. All in all, totally not worth it. the best part of the experience was the deck because there is plenty to watch. The Boardwalk is not made up of fine dining establishments. I get that. However it wouldn’t kill anyone to take a minute and make guests feel like they mean more than jus the unnecessary $$ were are about to spend. I work hard for my money, so where ever I choose to spend it, I’d like nothing less than a great product and great service point blank.

I do not like leaving bad reviews but fried shrimps with microwave french fries tasted like something worth $ 5.00, not $ 18. It wasn’t worth it and my Pina Colada taste like a vanilla milk shake. It was bad. However, some people’s reviews(photos) look tasty.

I really love my clams and linguini pasta and the orangead. Would have given Jumbo 5 stars if my weren’t so sad and express it in her service.

Today was the first day of my vacation, my friends and I went to have lunch and get beer. Since I am from NY my new ID is in the car all the time so it won’t get lost, instead I carry my old ID. I never felt so neglected in any place. They didn’t sell me beer because my ID was expired but my birthday was still there. They were watching us throughout our whole stay which made us so uncomfortable! This is the first time it happened to me, even if ID is expired and BIRTHDAY and YEAR don’t change, It was very impolite. The woman at the front was rude and wasn’t even greeting us nicely when we arrived. I would never go back. This place ruined my mood for the entire stay here.

Walked in and wanted to be seated. Hostesses never batted eye and we stood there in the line area for 5 minutes so we walked out and went down the boardwalk more and probably got better food at the other place

First things first– our server Kristen spell check please(brunette) was awesome. She was able to handle a party of 12 in a swift and friendly manner(with the help of some servers with horrible attitudes and stares). I would say she was really the only good part about our experience here at Jumbos. Now I took into consideration that it was a Sunday evening and there were a lot of people dining here but still, I felt like some other staff members were just not in their right mind last night. Everyone’s food at our table came out around the same time except for the toddlers. My friend’s daughter didn’t get her food until almost close to leaving which I found a bit ABSURD. Then on top of that, the kids didn’t even get their Apple juices until close to leaving as well– left to drink sodas which they shouldn’t be drinking. I found the food to be mediocre, there wasn’t really anything great about the food here. I had the buffalo chicken wrap which was mainly tortilla stuffed all together at the bottom of the wrap and it came with chips(I suggest serving it with fries to be more fulfilling) and my fiancée had the lobster bake which he said had no flavor(like all the ingredients were just dropped in a pot of boiling water.) I thought I was going to expect something great since we seen a lot of people dining here but it wasn’t what I expected. Some of the staff members act like they have no idea what you’re talking about, especially how to put tables together for a table of 12(put 3 tables together-duh.) This wouldn’t have been accomplished if I didn’t put the tables together myself(yes the customer putting tables together at a restaurant ha.) And for a bill of $ 350 including the tip, one would’ve thought this was THE restaurant to visit on the boardwalk. Yeah no.

My sister, husband, and I came here for some drinks after a nice day at the beach and pier with the kids. My sister and husband had Corona-Rita’s which they thoroughly enjoyed and my first drink was a Piña Colada which was very yummy! For my second drink I ordered a Mango Mojito which was so amazingly tasty that I ordered it again! The waitress Joanna was very polite and prompt, coming over to check on us often and providing service with a smile!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our food at Jumbos. I got the fish and chips and my wife got a slice of jumbo pizza. The portions are appropriately huge given the name of the restaurant. Our waitress was was great, personable and attentive. We would come back for a boardwalk meal again.

While doing some rides on Morey’s Pier we stop off at Jumbos Seafood & Grille my wife, two kids and I. The restaurant is very large inside and also has a outside dining area which is where we were seated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While sitting outside the kids were getting cold even as busy as the restaurant was they found us a table inside right away. We ordered some appetizers the fried calamari and mozzarella sticks which were good especially the calamari I loved it. We also ordered chicken tenders and fries and pasta for the kids seems like that’s all they ever order LOL anyway, they both eat everything and didn’t complain so they must have enjoyed their food. My wife and I both wanted to try some fish being by the sea and all and we both like ours she had a fish platter which came with fries and I tried the fish sandwich. Food was good just not great and the portions are very small. One thing that was great was the impressive selections of beers I tried four different kinds including The Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA along with Victory Brewing Summer Love and a few other great ones. So overall I would recommend Jumbos Seafood & Grille to family and Friend ONLYIF in the area don’t go out of you way for the food

Terrible. Let’s start, we sat & watched the table sat after us be served drinks before waitress came over. Next ordered Food came, I literally took the one half of my cheesesteak and combined in order to make HALF a cheesesteak sandwhich. French fries came that we didn’t order, manager acted like they were a gift!!! Please Waitress michaela checked on our table AND dropped the check off!!! We just got our dinner!!! I informed her we weren’t ready she smiled said she would come back 15 minutes later parched no waitress in sight my hubs went to get a beer. Sorry it’s a service bar have to go thru waitress. 10 more minutes, mind u we have the check at our table Nope no waitress. I get up same response from bartender backed up by same mgr giving out free French fries Again response was oh but I dropped an extra basket of fries. That’s frigging wonderful u give out free food an can’t sell a $ 6.50 beer. Bravo bravo. Now I know why our seasons passes are thru the roof!!!

Asked the waitress for a grilled chicken wrap and she acted like we were crazy. They have grilled chicken sandwich and wraps but the waitress said they couldn’t make it. We said we would go somewhere else and the waitress said fine. They just lost a party of five at least a hundred dollar order! Won’t go back

Actually pleasantly surprised about this place. We ordered slice of pizza for our son but the 4 adults indulged in steamed clams, calamari, bang bang shrimp, seared tuna salad, clam chowder, fish and chips, and clam strips. The best and most impressive was the seared tuna salad with really fresh tuna that was excellent portion. The steamed clams were pretty good. I would say the bang bang shrimp was a bit too soggy with the sauce but the flavor was good. I would skip the calamari. Portions are ok in the apps and proportional to the price for the entrees(this is the boardwalk).

I remember when Jumbo’s first opened on Mariner’s Landing, and I was like, «wow, finally some good pizza on the boards!» Fast forward maybe ten or so more years later and I find no reason to gush anymore. The pizza is not nearly as good as it used to be, despite the slices being humongous. And the few other things I’ve tried on the menu are all very underwhelming. I know I should know better than to maintain high expectations for boardwalk food, but I will be returning to my reliable old favorite, the Hot Spot just north of Mariner’s Landing. Granted, you can’t get a drink there like you can at Jumbo’s, but I just find the food to be infinitely better.
