We had such a wonderful experience! The manager and owner are the best! Our group has been staying there for seven years because of the excellent service and accommodations. We stayed in one of the family suites and it was excellent! We’ve already reserved for next year!

My child and classmates rented out the majority of the hotel for their prom weekend. They were taken advantage of and charged their full security deposit even though they left the room cleaner than it was when they arrived. I tried to speak with the manager (Leslie — Ms Personality) but she really had no response and would not contact the owner. Also the adjoining hotel — the Nantucket had an ultra loud group that was a nuisance to anyone in a five block radius. Other parents have contacted the hotel and received the same non– response. We will be contacting the better business bureau, other review websites and the authorities.
